The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

Took my daughter this afternoon to get her ears checked for a possible infection from her earrings. The front desk staff were super friendly , the gentleman that saw us before the doctor was as well. The doctor was awesome. My daughter was super nervous and she made her feel at ease. Even asked her questions about her stuffed animals she had which just showed she cared and wanted to make her feel relaxed! Experience couldn’t have been better!!

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

Staff was very helpful when I called. It was my first time visiting their facility, and the online portal and phone assistance they provided was super smooth. I'll be back in a week or so for a 2nd covid test, and I'm sure it will be a great experience.

2 out of three visits I’ve waited over an hour for a covid test. Yesterday it was almost two hours after being asked 3 times for my info. Until I finally went inside to ask what was happening.

Honestly the best urgent care I have gone too. The wait time is short and they are very friendly staff and Doctors. I would and I did recommend this urgent care to family and friends. It's very easy to book appointments for covid test and covid shot online.

- Verified patient on 11/18

Very fast and efficient. I just wish I didn’t have to walk in with other sick people to check in for my appointment. I was getting a test to show my job and parents I was negative so going in with other potentially sick people and using the same credit card machine to pay for the rapid test, which wasn’t wiped down between uses, is not ideal.

I received to covid 19 test filled all paper work on line so my waiting time at the clinic was about 10 minutes..

We were scheduled for a cruise and or CVS test results fell through while we were at Disneyland. We contacted you for rapid test and the staff was extra accommodating. I scheduled my appointment and then my wife scheduled hers but there were no appointments left for the day for our kids. Not only did your staff take us in before our appointments they also tested my 2 kids in a quick manner. I am super appreciative and we are now boarding our cruise thanks to this business. Thank you. Oh yeah, our tech even had us check that the rapid test would be accepted on our cruise as a precaution. Excellent service.

Needed a Covid PCR test quickly. They had immediate appointments available online and were friendly and courteous when I walked in. Explained everything thoroughly and what to expect in getting the test done and when results would be available next day. Far exceeded expectations after getting a big runaround with Walg****s.

We used your business for our COVID-19 travel tests. Front desk staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Test was also painless and quick. My only complaint is that test results weren’t emailed out until I called in to see what status of the tests was.

Anaheim Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
