Short Wait Time

I was really sick and worried I had Covid, so I came in for a test. They gave me a rapid and PCR for that as well as the flu and strep, but also did a brief checkup and caught that I had an ear infection. I really appreciated that they took the time to check all the possibilities to make sure they were prescribing me what I needed.

I came here and was greeted immediately by the fine staff at front desk. Within minutes I had a room and my vitals were taken. The medical assistant Karina was very kind and gentle when drawing my blood. She also helped me schedule a follow up and was patient with me as I took my time to think. Overall this clinic was very clean and I would highly recommend that anyone come here for a quick and pleasant visit.

Short Wait Time

The front staff and medical assistant were very nice. They always have a short wait time which is a plus. However the physician I had was clearly in a rush and not really interested in listening to me concerns. She also called in my prescription under the wrong name and it took over an hour to sort it out at the pharmacy.

Went in for a rapid test and was in and out within 8mins. I went at 10am when it opened so times may vary depending on arrival. Got results in 15mins. Very quick

We came for a drive up COVID-19 test. We did not go inside. So I didn't feel that it was appropriate to evaluate the inside of the clinic. We were very pleased with the drive up service we received.

This is my favorite place to get a COVID rapid test. It's fast, Convenient and test results are fast too. Staff is always friendly. I use to like it when they came out to give the test in your own car but going in is not that bad either.

- Verified patient on 12/28

The staff was really good. The lady who took care of me was well rounded with manners and friendly. I will recommend this place to anyone getting tested for Covid.

Wonderful! services, the medical staff are professional, polite and very mindful of your time and needs. I highly recommend this clinic, especially if you need COVID vaccination or testing. They are kind and available. I will continue services at Holy Family.

I came to the clinic for a Covid test. Registration was really easy and quick. The staff person who took my information was great, nice and friendly. She explained everything. The test itself was uncomfortable but quick. The test results were unbelievably fast. I still may quarantine. My appt was booked via phone.

I needed a rapid COVID test asap and had booked an apt at the clinic across the street. Even though the website had allowed me to book an apt on Sunday, the clinic was closed! Thankfully Curewell was open and the stuff were so nice and friendly to me. They gave me the rest I needed and I had my results in 10 mins. The stuff were wonderful! Muchisimas gracias a todos/todas por su ayuda!

This place is a godsend for COVID testing. You can walk in same day and there is no wait. I got the results of my antigen test in 5 minutes. We’ve come here twice and have had a great experience both times.

Please know that you will need insurance if you go to get COVID tested here even though the government is funding COVID testing. That’s messed up on the part of the clinic/clinic owners considering they are trying to maximize profit. With that said, the staff was friendly, the wait time was quick and they printed out our results for travel. Please know that they only did the rapid test and not the PCR test here. I would recommend this place.

I was nervous as soon I walked in, my first time being there and FIRST time doing a COVID test. The man who took care of me was very gentle. Better than what I expected. I’ve heard the test it’s horrible. I agree is uncomfortable but i was in good hands. Definitely gonna be coming back. The lady that took care of me as well, is very nice and made me feel welcomed.

We were here for a COVID test; the staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and tried very hard to make the collection process comfortable. Parking/driving here is a little awkward, but everything else was great

Young lady was polite & kind. Really should expose your availability on Sundays. This is essential for getting tested before the work week. Much appreciated & grateful for your service.

Berwyn Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
