In and out considering I’m from out of state my visit was short and my issue was addressed in a professional manner.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

They are also nice and friendly although disagree with your payment method as I am always sent to collections even though my extra bill I pay over 50.00 a month

Went in on a Saturday, was in and out in under an hour. The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, and the NP was great. She listened to my concerns and prescribed the medication that I needed. Feeling better already. It was a five-star experience, and I will recommend this location.

Got an appointment for a covid-19 rapid test the same day I called. The only place in town I could find to do a rapid test. Only took about 15 minutes.

My experience was 5 star. I made my appointment for rapid covid test online. I arrived 15 minutes early. The receptionist was great and within 5 minutes my test was given by a very nice nurse. Could not have had a better visit.

I went for the COVID-19 test. I took care of most everything the day before online. Since everything was done from the outside, I can't say anything about being inside, but the staff that did work with me was very friendly. All went well in a very timely manner. Unexpectedly, I was offered a prescription to help relieve symptoms which has worked wonderfully. I'm very pleased with my experience there.

I think this is a fine business with a courteous staff. No disrespect to the staff and dr. But I feel we were intentionally or hopefully unintentionally deceived into booking an office visit. I made it 100% clear that we just needed a PCR test. We were specifically told this was the test Insurance would cover, but the Rapid test would be $150. We've had numerous PCR tests and Never charged. So I was furious that we waited close to 2 hrs to get a test all so we'd have an office visit. If I wanted to see a dr, I would have made an appointment with my own dr. I think the Dr corrected this. I will be very unhappy if I receive a bill for anything. They need to make their policy of a drs office visit required. We would never had done that. We just wanted to rule out cold symptoms as being COVID19. Thank you

I have used MEDcare/Health First three times in the past two years (twice for Covid testing) and found them to be professional, efficient, and caring. Very good service.

As I learned earlier today that a relative tested positive for COVID 19 and I was around him last week, I needed to find a testing site to know my health status. Your clinic allowed me access to a rapid test that resulted in a negative result. Your staff were very caring and professional in providing this service to me. I was asked if I had questions after receiving my results and each question was thoroughly answered. Thank you to all the staff involved with my visit to Brocken to Better Urgent Care.

Doctor who conducted my test was so nice and helpful. I’d recommend to anyone!!

- Verified patient on 5/2

I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get me back. I was really glad that there was actually an examination before the Covid rapid test that I had booked. I was feeling pretty bad, and I needed a doctor to evaluate me just to make sure there was nothing else going on. As it turned out, I only had a pretty nasty cold. But the doctor was very friendly, and the facility very nice and professional.

Lexington Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
