The staff down to the receptionist, had an incredible gentle bedside manner. I can only imagine the type of people they see daily. Everyone is there to help and you can tell they enjoy their job. I never once felt i wasn’t being taken seriously. They were very proactive when they saw I was vomitting in the waiting room. I was seen quickly. They heard me out and provided excellent care. I would recommend this urgent care to all of my friends and family. I’ve had trouble finding a PCP that I’ve liked but every time I’ve visited this clinic I always wish I could make them my PCP. They’re an incredible team that still manage to stay kind and smile. I felt heard, seen and taken care of. Phenomenal job team. I feel so much better. They gave me an incredible recommendation for an er to visit, which also turned out to be a phenomenal experience. I’d give them a million stars if I could. This is facility and it’s associates are a class act.

I came to my appointment. The wait time was appropriate, the nurses were super friendly and very helpful. When speaking with the doctor about my heartburn medication, I was told that it was a lesser milligram and I corrected that the bottle is a different milligram than what the doctor thought. I felt as if that moment her demeanor and tone changed as to me being irritating to her I apologize for upsetting her, she rolled her eyes at me and told me that I didn’t make her mad. If she behaves this way next time, I will be changing doctors No one deserves to be treated that way
