St Thomas Urgent Care was really a blessing for me. I had been dealing with an ear ache and they diagnosed it and started me on medication right away. From check in to the Doc I was well taken care of. However, the next day I called and left a message with check in to have someone call me to answer two questions and I still have not received a call back. This in no way will prevent me from using  Urgent Care again. I have now received a call back. Four days later but still very much appreciated. I would still recommend this Urgent Csre facility.

I have been to this clinic too many times to recall with my family. They have wonderful bedside manner. Every time I go, I am satisfied with the diagnosis and treatment plan. They can get busy, so wait times are sometimes long but they do they best they can and give every patient the time they deserve.
