Scheduling an appointment was easy and updates were sent to advise on status. Overall the wait time was not too bad considering how busy the office was. The administrative staff, nurse and doctor were wonderful. I would definitely recommend and if needed would choose Little Spurs again.

An the midst of moving back to Dallas, trying to get situated with a primary care . . . **this is my second time, and I may use this CityDoc on occasion if this quality of care keeps up. Thank you.

I needed to be seen for an inner ear infection and was able to get an appointment within the hour. When I arrived I was greeted by Marva( I hope I remember that correctly) who was friendly and welcoming. I waited perhaps only 5 minutes and was called back by Melissa, who was friendly and professional. The NP , Alphine Tuitoek, was exceptionally nice, thorough and explained everything clearly. Melissa gave me two injections, both were painless ( as could be). I would definitely recommend this facility and am grateful for their fast and efficient service. Thank you!!!

Wife, who has dementia, began exhibiting extreme anxiety and fear symptoms that my daughter, a NP, said might be caused by a UTI.  We came to your office for some advice and meds, which you provided. Thanks

Friendly Staff

I was very satisfied that my daughter got the care she needed because she was sick. The nurse took her time to examine my daughter and make sure she was okay. I knew my daughter had an infection because she is never sick for long time. Glad I went with motherly instinct and took her to the urgent care. The care for our children should always be #1 . Thank You.

A triage nurse assisted me in finding the CityDoc office. It was my first time ever there and I was pleased with the service received. The front desk staff was personable, professional, and very helpful. The process was easy and timely. I am very happy with the care that I received for my visit for sciatic nerve pain.

Staff who came to collect our saliva specimen was very polite and explained process clearly. During online registration I was not told not to eat or drink or smoke 45 minutes prior to test. If I hadn't called this morning I wouldn't have known! This is a crucial message that should have been clearly explained online!

Our family went there to get covid tested due to a family member testing positive. The staff were amazing and super friendly too. Would highly recommend if you are in need of any health related issues!

A little bit of a wait time for covid tests, but the woman that gave me my test was amazing! And they claim to give results within the day if you take your test early enough.

When we arrived we called them and they sent someone down to do the Covid test. We were surprised that it was a saliva test. The staff was very efficient. We received our results in a couple of hours. Highly recommend this facility and staff.

I had to do a walk-in since all appointment slots had been taken up by the surge of COVID testing. I pretty much had to wait the entire day until I could be seen. I could check where I was in line virtual with the Solv app. I was able to wait at home and they text me when there were only a few patients ahead of me. The staff were courteous and pleasant to deal with. They even helped me figure out my insurance issue. The PA and nurse who attended me were great and explained what was going on with me and what steps to take in order eliviate the prognosis.

I got this place recommended by my primary care physician and can say that this is a good place to go to. The customer service is fantastic and they usually attend you right away when you first arrive. If you're ever coming to get tested there, it would take 24 hours after your visit.

All I can say is wow. I had been driving around all of DFW to get a rapid test to be able to return to work. I logged onto Solv Healthcare and they had an opening in 15 min. Completely covered by insurance. Took about 20 minutes all together. The staff was an absolute delight. I will probably only go there for covid testing from now on. Thank you all so much!

You folks at Aperture Labs made it extremely easy to get a lab test. And Zack took my call and helped me get in your system for a visit the following morning. The results came back in just a few hours. We had never used you before, but am highly recommending your services to my friends!

We came for a Covid test and I first called and the staff was friendly and informative. Then made an online appointment and was easily taken through the online procedure. Afterwards I was kept informed through text alerts and very little (5 minutes) wait time. Just waiting on results. Very pleased with this company

I was early for my appointment, but was still checked in immediately. The technician came to my car after only a couple of minutes wait. She was very friendly, yet professional. The test was competed quickly.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. When my appointment time arrived I was taken back to my room. The nurse gave me my test, she took my vitals and then she checked on the test and told me I was negative. The staff was extremely friendly. The nurse was great. I would recommend this walk in clinic to all of my friends that live in that area.

- Verified patient on 8/8

The staff was very professional and very nice. I had to wait about 20-25 minutes but that’s only because there were multiple other people getting tested as well. I highly recommend this place if you need any type of testing

- Verified patient on 11/12

This location is amazing. The 2 front office ladies were friendly and helpful, the medical assistant who took my vitals and symptoms was efficient and thorough, and the doctor ruled out some illnesses via testing. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered. I highly recommend this location.

I will definitely use them again. My 6 yo has endured a couple of nose swabs already (which I have concerns bc of the ethylene oxide used on nose testing) & aperture was the only place I could find that does saliva. Stay in the car, they come to you, didn’t leave me waiting. The lab tech/nurse was super nice, as was when I called reception to let them know we were there. Results came back sooner than they promised. Very positive experience.

During an extremely high demand time of COVID testing, the system of online appointments was very convenient. The app worked easily to upload my info. The staff was also very kind, courteous, and friendly. Thanks for a pleasant and easy experience.

The lady at the front test was very friendly and the nurse that was taking care of me had a great attitude and up beat personality, which is saying something for being the first patient on a Monday morning.

Allen was so, so nice and patient! I was able to add a strep test at the last minute too, which possibly saved me a trip to another appt. I have had friends and family members come here. Everyone has had a great experience.

Plano Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
