I walked in without an appointment so I knew it would take a while to be seen. Check in and paperwork we're done easily with my cell phone. Yes, I would recommend them others.

I went in with severe sinus infection. Was there a total of 45 minutes.  Very good service start to finish! Exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

This is my second time I have gone and they have always been so sweet. I feel so comfortable there, and I always feel so important. They are quick, efficient, and so nice.

I did the online scheduling and walked in too my appointment like they was ready for me..got in Dr already remember me and got me right in and right out

Excellent service provided.  Check-in was speedy and interactions with the medical staff was professional and caring.  After I left, I drove straight to pharmacy where my prescription was there waiting on me.

I checked in online and was greeted when I walked in. Everyone in the office was helpful and kind. I didn’t remember everyone’s name but Jamorea and NP Caroline took their time to listen to me. Great care. 10/10 recommend.

All employees- reception, nurse, provider- were excellent. The website makes it so easy to book an appointment and complete paperwork.  Prescriptions are called in immediately. An excellent experience and more importantly- the treatment has been very effective and my health much improved within hours.

Everything went smoothly I really appreciate my physician concern and I will definitely recommend her Samantha I believe was her name.

I did a walk-in, so the scheduling wasn’t an issue at all. The staff was friendly.  They appeared to work very well together, and knew what they were doing.   They were confident and competent and efficient in their duties. I appreciate the provider for reminding me that I needed to lose weight(ha ha ha), as if I didn’t know that already. Nevertheless, he’s right and I am and have been working on it. Otherwise everyone was nice friendly seem to work as a team show that they were confident and competent in what they were doing. Overall good experience. Good work Team!!!

When I entered the office, the receptionist was not welcoming/friendly while looking at me with a mouth full of food, no greeting or anything. Told her what the reason for the visit was and she pointed to the kiosk and said, ”check in over there”. She didn’t say anything when I left either. The other staff/nurses were great! Would definitely recommend

The staff at the front desk were so kind and happy. Everyone I encountered had a great attitude and listened well. I could tell they genuinely cared about helping me! The ladies who took my blood were so nice and comforting, same for the ladies who gave me a shot. I will definitely be going back there and telling others to do the same. I got there at 8:07 this morning and I was out by 9:17! Most urgent cares take hours.

Checking myself in through my phone and having to take and submit pictures of my license and insurance was a bit tedious. The wait was long but I was understanding of that, as it was a busy day. And Dr. Morgan is superb, I've used this clinic for many years just because of her. She is worth the wait. I felt heard and she well attended to my needs. The nursing staff and front desk were also extremely nice. I would definitely recommend this location to others. But next visit I will try to plan better for a less busy day.

The staff, nurse and doctor is extremely friendly and makes you feel at ease.  Doctor is very knowledgeable and has a great personality and very helpful.

Staff was pleasant and professional. Scheduling was fine and e-paperwork was easy. Our only issue was with check-in upon arrival. Scheduled appt ahead of time, arrived at our appointment time, checked in with front desk and paid co-pay, told we would be called back shortly. Received confirmation of check-in 50 min after appointment time. It’s not an unbearable time to wait but in the moment with a child burning in fever and weak, it felt like an eternity especially seeing later arrivals called back. I do understand some cases are more urgent than others. Staff addressed my concern and called us back within 20 minutes of bringing it to their attention. Front desk receptionist said it was an issue with moving our appointment from one screen to another. We were treated with care and were well on our way within 30 minutes of being called back. Total time 2 hours. Not too bad. Just make sure you receive a text confirmation that you’ve been checked-in.

Dr. Jernigan is great and very thorough. Recommend him to everyone.
