I was seen for a severe sinus infection affecting my ears, nose, throat, and lungs. They were quick but thorough and noticeably concerned for my health so they prescribed me a high dosage of antibiotics. They had me wait to check the reactions against the medications I already take and revised the new prescription to better suit my needs without causing further issues. Overall, the staff, the timeliness, communication, and competence of the staff were more than enough for me to want to return if needed. Thank you for the excellent care!

Needed to be seen urgently for a possible UTI. Could not see my PCP for a month so we did a Urgent Care search on GOOGLE and found NextCare right down the road from our house. Getting an appointment online was easy and had an appointment set for 20 minutes...I was impressed. We jumped in the care and went straight over. Checking in and the staff were great. The wait time before taking back for my screening was minimal and the care given by PAC Jennifer Guitierrez was exceptional...she made me feel very at ease with my situation and I greatly appreciated that. I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
