It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

Lexi was AMAZING! SUCH A KIND and sweet soul! She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I had a really bad experience at the AFC on Colfax (stay away from there). I called her and she told me to come right in! This is the service one would expect at a medical facility. Thank you so much for helping me get my Covid test quickly! Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. Friendly helpful staff. No long wait. And easy resolution to my problem.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Next Care Urgent Care that I feel compelled to share. Upon arrival, the check-in process was marred by the attitude of the front office staff. Their rudeness was palpable and made an already stressful situation even more uncomfortable. Instead of providing a welcoming atmosphere, their dismissive behavior left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. It's unfortunate that the first point of contact at the facility was so negative, overshadowing the rest of our visit. I hope management addresses this issue, as customer service is crucial in a healthcare setting.

My appointment was at 2:15, but didn’t see the doctor until 3:15. The nurse was very good. Good information and she listened.

My proscriptions were never ordered so my care is substantially incomplete. Left a VM. No response. Not a good experience

I came in and was taken right back and was impressed with all of the staff  The facility was amazing and I felt like I was in a hospital.
