2 hour waiting time is unacceptable regardless of short staffed providers.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Next Care Urgent Care that I feel compelled to share. Upon arrival, the check-in process was marred by the attitude of the front office staff. Their rudeness was palpable and made an already stressful situation even more uncomfortable. Instead of providing a welcoming atmosphere, their dismissive behavior left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. It's unfortunate that the first point of contact at the facility was so negative, overshadowing the rest of our visit. I hope management addresses this issue, as customer service is crucial in a healthcare setting.

Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. My appointment was at 2:15, but didn’t see the doctor until 3:15. The nurse was very good. Good information and she listened.

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

My proscriptions were never ordered so my care is substantially incomplete. Left a VM. No response. Not a good experience

The doctor and the staff were professional and warm and friendly.   The service was excellent.

I came in and was taken right back and was impressed with all of the staff  The facility was amazing and I felt like I was in a hospital.

I was a walk-in patient and got right in. Processing was quick. The rooms are clean, the front office filled with sunlight, very inviting. The care was complete and all of my concerns were heard. The PA, Ann Marie, was very good, I will go back again.

Was feeling sick, couldnt make an appointment with my regular Dr, booked an appointment the night before, showed up and it was really busy, wait time increased to 30 minutes, everyone was nice and courteous. Still recommend this Urgent Care.
