I arrived in time for my appointment, and I was ushered into the office shortly. Everything went smoothly as I had hoped. X-rays were taken of my wrist, and I was given a diagnosis of tendinitis which made sense. I was on my way in short order with advice on how to ease the pain. Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process. Thank you for listening and caring, I would highly recommend.
