I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I was told on Tuesday to come back today for wound care and this time I saw Dr. Sharma. He was wonderful. Very kind and gentle and shared lots of information about my problem. I can't say enough for the Kenmore Urgent Care department and the people that work there. If you can't get it to see your regular doctor when you need to, don't hesitate to us this option.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

Recent Lab Tests Reviews (20)

This was my first time at this testing site (and hopefully last!) and it was a really smooth process. It is a cold, extremely rainy day and the staff were trying so hard to make sure everybody was checked in and got through as fast as possible. There was some confusion with the lines and where to go at first but that was quickly figured out. Once I was in the actual testing part, it was a very fast process. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Superb service. Will come again next pandemic. But seriously, you guys were great. Best service in the county. The quick, calm, and collected staff assisted me throughout the process. Their cheerful attitude made an otherwise dreary day during this extraordinary time one filled with care and empathy. My only regret is neglecting to ask for the staff’s names who handled my visit so I could personally thank them. I highly recommend this site for anyone in need of testing.

I have been to this site many times and today was very frustrating. I was sent to lane 2 and watched three different cars drive thru lane 1 while I waited. Maybe just one wait lane would work, so that the first in line went to whichever bay opened next. Also there were three people being tested in the car in front of me and the person assigning lanes could have taken that into consideration. Otherwise a great facility!

I am so relieved to have had such a pleasant experience this morning. This was my first covid test. I was very nervous about the whole process. But as soon as I arrived I was greeted by a very nice woman who was friendly and explained the process in detail. She got me checked in and sent me on my way to the next friendly, and knowledgeable staff member who walked me through the test. Both with big smiles that eliminated my nerves. I was in and out of the drive through testing center in under 10 minutes. It will definitely be my recommendation to any friends or family that need testing. THANK YOU staff at SHD for all the important work you are doing to keep our community safe! You are the unsung heroes of this pandemic.

I was nervous about testing and thought that I should take it serious but staffs were open to welcome us. They were friendly and provided us clear instructions. My nervousness went away and their kindness and calmness made me feel better. It was very quick and smooth process, easy in and out. Staffs were so nice enough to give us my dog’s treat and sticker for my son. My son was not feeling well so he was fussy. The nurse was professional and provided a safe care by offering choices to not having his test done since he was refusing to get tested. I know children or toddlers have less COVID cases around but I wish there was a kid friendly test kit for children to get tested like a testing with lollipop style swab maybe. Thank you for all you do for our community. I felt so blessed and appreciated for frontline workers. I was glad that they are also not over-stressed from work. I felt that they are enjoying their job and willing to help and support.

I had difficulties with the online registration. I believed I had successfully reserved my appointment, but that was not the case . I’m grateful they were able to fit me in since I drove from Monroe. The message from Solv said “you’re in” so I thought I was done. I still don’t know what I missed with registration- I picked the date and time! More help please. I didn’t have this trouble for my last test that was in November. Anyway, the testing service is awesome and I’m so grateful you are here and so efficient.

My husband and I were first time visitors to this drive through Covid test facility. This was our first Covid test. The site was very well organized. It was sufficiently staffed. Lots of signs and staff directions, friendly manner, smiles. The staff was patient. We drove to our designated lane where we repeated/verified our name and DOB. The staff ensured minimum contact at all times to maintain safe distance and protection for everyone. We were given clear, precise instructions through the car window. We administered the nasal swab test ourselves under the direction of personnel. She even gave us a hand signal while counting the ten nose swabs in each nostril to ensure we obtained a viable sample for testing. We were also provided the QR code needed to check our results in 24 hours. Excellent service overall. Many thanks to the entire staff who provided the service today.

Like seriously easy. Everyone was super nice, informed, and quick. It was over so fast and every interaction was so friendly and smooth that I felt silly for having been anxious on my way to get tested. It’s a drive thru testing in the back parking lot of the building - so don’t be alarmed if the building itself looks closed when you first pull up. It was a nasal swab test but not the overly invasive one. Super easy.

Best experience ever. My son's classmate exposed to Covid and I needed to take my son for test. This site didn't had any opening so I took him to Everett clinic. Worse experience and customer service. You basically spend your whole day on the phone looking for your test results. Got so frustrated and immediately booked the next available spot and got tested. So friendly staff and always helpful so kind to me.

- Verified patient on 9/28

Overall experience is very good. Booking appointment was pretty easy. I already filled details before we start. We reached early and had to wait for sometime. But once our turn came it was pretty quick. Since it was for a minor staff asked me to park at a different spot and I liked that they let me take the swab sample which I think is best. We tested him before in Ash way park & ride, there he had to do it himself. So I was concerned if he did it properly or not. The staffs were very friendly.

Map directions to the indicated address take you to the school district building up the hill from the testing site. There was poor to no signage in that location or the surrounding neighbor lhood to help find the site. I spotted several other people searching for the testing location. Would recommend improved directions or just a clarification on the website (don’t map to address. Map to gourmet latte near the stadium entrance).

Could not have been better. After a traumatic experience last weekend having to have a rapid test done even knowing the importance of today’s test I came close to letting my anxiety get the best of me and back out of showing up. After both my son and daughter relayed their experience at your testing site I did the right thing and showed up. I was very impressed with not only the system you have in place but the professional and kind staff on site which helped to keep my anxiety down and it was actually a pleasant experience within a scary time. Thank you to each of you for going out of your way to get us all through this uncertain time. Your professional and kind staff truly are the heroes of the war we are all fighting. (please do not use my name in any way if anyone besides you reads this) Thank you 🙏

Quick & professional! My second time there.. this time had my two boys age 4 & 6. They were very patient w them, & explained how them to do it by themselves. It was nice to see friendly faces, who weren’t annoyed , w my boys. Had just left the Chc testing site on Rucker ave, due to a lack of professionalism or even enough people to do the job 😢 couldn’t even get an answer over the phone. Very frustrating!! Thank you for being heroes ! & helping people ! ❤️

Same-day appointment with easy scheduling and barely any wait time. It was a little bit difficult to find the correct entrance, but because I filled out my forms online, arriving just a few minutes before my appointment instead of the 15 recommended wasn't an issue. It was quick and easy and the staff were all very friendly and professional. The turnaround time for results is also quicker than some of the other options, I would go here again if I needed to be tested again.

We booked at the Everett location for county testing sites a week in advance of our COVID (PCR) test of needing it to drive to Canada. Booking the appointment was easy (3:50pm appointment). When we arrived, we were the last car in the line - which was only 8 cars (2 lines with 4 each) in front of us. Things went quickly and we got our digital results within 15 hours of being tested.

It was my first Covid test. Very little wait time, not many there for testing. Everyone was friendly and gave precise directions of what to do or where to go. A nice lady guided me through the process. Gave instructions on how to find out results. On the text prior to appt it said to bring photo ID. Nobody asked for ID, except for verifying my name, birthdate and that I had an appointment. Good customer service. Maybe a little hard to find at first, but it works.

Each and every staff member on site today was professional, kind, and very welcoming. I was incredibly nervous to get this test but with the help of the staff I was able to overcome my anxiety. I am immensely grateful for each and every worker/volunteer who assisted me and the members of my community today. I would especially like to thank “Barbara” who administered my test today. Her bedside manner was world class and I am so grateful for her humor today. God knows I truly needed it. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the staff members at the Funko Field testing site. All of you made a difference in my life today.

- Verified patient on 1/13

It went very smoothly. I think one lady may smiled, maybe, but nobody smiled. There was zero line, so they weren’t pressured for time, and it was sunny and warm out there, a rarity around here, so they weren’t cold or squeezed for people in time, so I don’t know why no one smiled. No one said any pleasantries or pleasant things or smiled or anything. It was very crisp and professional. Which is not a bad thing. But you specifically ask about the friendliness of the staff and I didn’t get any sense of friendliness at all. I felt Safe. And I felt like everything was being done correctly. But zero friendliness. Like I said, one lady with long dark black hair and some tattoos on her hand, who greeted us at the very beginning, might have smiled, I can’t remember for sure. But I am positive that there were no other attempts to be friendly, even say hi glad to see you here smile, nothing like that. But I told my husband, when he didn’t like the experience, that they are all volunteers and we are just grateful that they are doing it, and doing it safely. My husband and I both got tested from the same car at the same time. One after the other, according to your system.

This was my first time using this facility. I drive down 37th quite often and didn't know it was there because I was paying attention to the traffic light less than two short blocks in front of me. When I arrived I was given clear directions how to go forward. There was constant attention to keep the line moving. I was on my way out of the facility in less than twenty minutes even after being instructed how to use some black and white code on my phone to review the test result when it is available. I was in and out before I realized it. All instruction we to the point an were promptly acted upon.

- Verified patient on 11/12

I went on a Sunday so there was absolutely zero wait time. I truly appreciate everyone that is there making this testing possible. I’ve had one test done before and the turn around time was 48 hours, even though it was an extremely busy time. I can’t say anything about the wait time this time as it’s still being processed. I would recommend this site. The only thing I’d say is I’m nervous about the fact that I did the test myself, but that’s the only option here.

Everett Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
