I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. I was told on Tuesday to come back today for wound care and this time I saw Dr. Sharma. He was wonderful. Very kind and gentle and shared lots of information about my problem. I can't say enough for the Kenmore Urgent Care department and the people that work there. If you can't get it to see your regular doctor when you need to, don't hesitate to us this option.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Experience at the site was good, however King County call interaction is lacking. I called because I looked online to find local testing sites and there was one listed in Lent that was closed. I called for assistance and asked several times for sites that are open in King Viunty and told many times to use the website and go to any I see. To which I explained that is what I did and there must have been an old document hanging out there and that is why I am sitting at a closed site. I was then asked why I needed to be tested. I explained that I had just traveled, was not feeling well and called for help because again, I tried looking online, found a site I thought was open and it wasn’t and just wanted her to please tell me where I could go. It is frustrating to think that a simple what sites are in south Kong county could not be met with a straight forward answer and that it took so much longer to get the run around than an answer to my question. What if English was not my first language. What if I were elderly or had a hard time navigating websites which clearly I did. I hope King County can look at this only from a customer service lens but also an equity lens.

My experience was pretty good. The nursing staff and doctors were lovely. The front office Consierge was super focused on the paper work side of the house that she got short with me whenI asked her what I thought was a relevant question. I don’t think she meant to be short but when a person is not feeling well, the mantra from the providers should be “people first”. What happened was that because of my symptoms, I qualified for a rapid test. She told me that I would receive my results within 24 hours. I curiously said to her “I thought this was a rapid test” and she impatiently said: “there are a lot of people ahead of you”. I felt the comment sting a bit and pushed back by saying “you did not have to be rude/short”. She then went on to explain that the Poulsbo branch only has one testing machine. Once that was explained to me, it made sense. My point is. Is that slowing down, offering eye contact, and kindly explaining that information up front would have saved me from asking what, to her, appeared to be a dumb question. It made me feel stupid - especially because there were other guests in the lobby. I am pretty certain that the other guests standing there would have liked an answer to my question. To be fair, she was really efficient and I think she was doing a good job and her best. I am merely sharing this as “coaching & learning” opportunity - as a Consierge, she is the window to your company. What the patient sees, hears, and feels at the front desk is as powerful as the care they receive behind a closed door. The young lady that helped me has it mostly right - it would help her to always remember that each person that walks through that door has a story and, they may not know Indigo’s story. It is her job to educate and put the patients at ease. Even so, I would recommend the clinic. I realize that everyone is under a lot of stress. Thank you all for your support and help today with me and my girls.

I was not sure what to expect, bringing in my coughing/wheezing/temp running 11 year old during a pandemic. I had her wait in the car while I checked in and there was a line literally out the door. Glad I had made an appointment. Upon seeing the line I was super worried about being rushed out, or having to wait a super long time. Our appointment was at 3:30, we were checked in around four. From there everything just got better. The staff was very friendly, kind, and sensitive to a sick, scared, little girl. They offered us a drink and we’re very nice. The nurse who took vitals was amazing, and very good with my daughter. She was gentle when administering the covid test, and very patient. The doctor came in and actually understood I was letting my girl answer the questions, and she asked my daughter them after that. I can’t answer all the questions, I’m not the one sick. The doctor took the time to be kind, patient, and more patient. She told us her thoughts and took the time to draw a diagram so my little girl could understand. She answered all seven million questions Katie had, and then asked me if I had any. The provider gave me a suggest plan and made sure I was okay with. Including what tests, why, what she saw and heard, and times on about how long each would take. We left with a COVID free little girl with a nasty case of bronchitis. The little girl left happy because the doctors office gave her hot chocolate, and was nice. We were there two hours, but it was time well spent and would have been much longer at an ER with out the care we received from indigo.

Chad (AKA “SnotLord509”) I took my entire family of 5 sick children ranging from 3-15 yrs old and myself to the Pasco Test sight. 5 sick children that didn’t want to be out of bed let alone drive a three hour round trip including the hour we spent in line. The line seemed to move quicker than expected and all of the staff was very polite. However, there was one person that stuck out as being very passionate about making a terrible experience, as enjoyable as it could be. By the time we got up to the actually testing tent, my children were all well over being in the car and my oldest daughter who was the sickest of the bunch had already threatened my life several times if I didn’t not get her home so she could go back to bed. We rolled our windows down and Chad proceeded to help administer our tests. One by one, he Gently but thoroughly got us all done. He had all of my kids, who had done nothing but complain and bicker up to this point, laughing with jokes of changing his gamer tag from “BoogerMaster” to “SnotLord509”. They talked and laughed about him all the way back to hermiston. Two of my children came up negative so I came this morning to retest, dragging them out of bed sick at 6am. Wouldn’t you know it, they talked about and requested SnotLord509 to do our tests again. When we got there, he didn’t disappoint. I wish everyone was as passionate about their job.

Completely flawless. Could not have asked for better! I drove right in, zero wait. I make an appt, and as soon as I got there they confirmed who I was, and since I had used the Solv. System and uploaded all of my medical info, and was able to best sent right on through. Getting the swab today was the best, most comfortable, caring, gentle experience than I have had yet! I have had multiples of tests, and Jakob/Jacob(?) gave me the most compassionate, comforting, gentle experience. I have to really give him kudos. I wasn’t worried about it at all but he still had such awesome patient care and didn’t act robotic; as if I were just another number driving through for a test. Jakob was energetic, (though probably chilly being in the shade, and surely bored out of his mind), he smiled, and was upbeat and happy to help. He genuinely made my day better! Being pleasant, visibly compassionate and showing such great patient care brought me a smile, and made me want to have any of my loved ones taken care of by Jakob. I am currently an EMT (which wasn’t disclosed at all), and I work with FD’s all over- this was a very pleasant experience and I would love to work with a department that provides such phenomenal patient care. Thank you SFD and I truly hope that this message is passed on to Jakob.

Over all it was ok, first thing having it in a parking garage and the guy directing traffic clearly doesn't know how to read a tape measure or look at something like a vehicle hight and be relatively close that it's under 8 ft my work truck is a two wheel drive Toyota flatbed truck that is lowers almost to the ground without a four foot cage on the back so nothing can blow out, he says you have to park out here and walk down the hill to get in. Ok I can do that. When I get in, the garage my truck would have cleared everything by at least two feet. So unnecessary to walk down the hill then up the stairs and vise versa when I left. I got the test at 11am yesterday and still haven't heard back on the results. But when I go to leave the parking guy had the cones way to close together and in a long bed with no power steering I needed him to move some cones and he was rude and said why didn't you just back out over there that I wouldn't have to move cones. Well kinda hard to back out low visibility and would have hit many cones. So ya not the greatest.

I came in there nervous and a little confused about how it worked. There was a police officer that directed me he was so friendly and he sent me around the corner to another guy who gave me a sheet of paper and explain how that worked and he was so friendly like they were Angels or something. I went around the corner and I follow the procedure was able to get in in like 5 minutes so I went back to the thing and there wasn't even a line they directed you every single person emanated compassion. The woman who actually did the test I told her I was a little scared she was so patient so sweet I felt heard and cared for to the whole procedure and it was very quick and I completely understood everything that I was supposed to do to find out my results I was so nervous about this whole procedure and the nose swab is not a picnic but this woman made it is easy and comfortable and calming as it could be their Angels over there and they have so much compassion thank you guys for all you're doing for us putting yourselves on the front line you're all awesome

Was extremely pleased with the care as well as the check in process- only became a little disappointed with being told I would be called with my COVID rapid test results within a hour- had to call back to inquire hour and half later only to be told it wasn’t available- girl that answered phone got a little short with me and said they would call before the end of the day which would of been another 4 hours later. She curtly hung of on me when I said I would probably call back cause I would of waited the extra half hour there to get the results but was assured I didn’t have to cause the PA would call as soon as the results were done after one patients before me. Anyways friendly professional treatment just don’t say one thing and do another—- And do not act like I am being rude calling for results expecting them to be done based off of the timeline given to me by the PA there. I did the test because I actually am sick and of course would of liked the results ASAP cause obviously it affects all around me as well .

I needed testing to cross into Canada. I was worried that I wouldn’t get the results in time because there is a 72 hour window. I drove to familiarize myself where the testing site was and went online to try and schedule an appointment for the next day. What with reading and having to agree to the terms of a legal form before I could finish the registration process, and fearing I would be stuck in some contract for some service I didn’t even want or need, I ended up calling the number that it gave and reached someone immediately. (This was a delightful shock I want to add nowadays.). I was told that I could come in as a walk-in and it would only take a few minutes. I did just that and there was no wait at all. I was asked just for my name, phone number (needed to be able to get my results) and my address. I performed the simple test myself and was on my way with my form which explained everything and gave instructions for getting my results in about 5 minutes. Literally pain free. I’m thinking of going back again tomorrow. Lol, that last bit is just a joke. Kudo’s to the staff and anybody who was involved in coordinating and setting this up.

I drove up to the test site and there were a couple of folks there who directed me to park in the correct lane. I wasn’t parked for too long before moving forward and confirming my appointment and identity. They already had my insurance information so I didn’t need to pull out my card. The man at check-in was extremely kind and personable. He handed me a test tube and had me confirm that my name and birthday were printed correctly and they were! With the test tube I drove forward and the lady who was going to swab me greeted me. I handed her the test tube and she asked me if I’d been tested before and I said no, asked if I was nervous and I said kind of, since I’d heard different things about how the test feels. She explained to me what the process was for swabbing and asked me to pull my mask over my mouth and breathe through my mouth and proceeded with the swab. The feeling was definitely unpleasant, like needing to sneeze and having a flimsy chopstick put up your nose until it reaches the back of your throat. She did this for both nostrils and the swab was complete! We both laughed about how odd the sensation is and how it’s hard to verbalize how it feels. I told her to put my tally under the “weird” category. We wished each other a good day and I was on my way! All in all a very professional and pleasant experience.

- Verified patient on 1/30

It went very smoothly. I think one lady may smiled, maybe, but nobody smiled. There was zero line, so they weren’t pressured for time, and it was sunny and warm out there, a rarity around here, so they weren’t cold or squeezed for people in time, so I don’t know why no one smiled. No one said any pleasantries or pleasant things or smiled or anything. It was very crisp and professional. Which is not a bad thing. But you specifically ask about the friendliness of the staff and I didn’t get any sense of friendliness at all. I felt Safe. And I felt like everything was being done correctly. But zero friendliness. Like I said, one lady with long dark black hair and some tattoos on her hand, who greeted us at the very beginning, might have smiled, I can’t remember for sure. But I am positive that there were no other attempts to be friendly, even say hi glad to see you here smile, nothing like that. But I told my husband, when he didn’t like the experience, that they are all volunteers and we are just grateful that they are doing it, and doing it safely. My husband and I both got tested from the same car at the same time. One after the other, according to your system.

Fast, credible (due to UW affiliation) & friendly. Ideally I'll receive my tests results the same today too, because they are so consequential. My son just tested positive & was with our family for Thanksgiving week so we're all on pins & needles now waiting for test results from each family member. We're all fully vaxxed, most have boosters and we all feel fine, so I think we'll be okay. Still, the only change I would request is receiving same day results but I know that's probably not realistic & I'm definitely not complaining. We're verrrry lucky to live in the same city as UW main campus & medical center for a multitude of reasons. (heart emoji!) Oh yes, thanks for being on super groovy Ballard Avenue too! It's much more fun than the emissions testing place on Aurora, but we're grateful for all testing places in Seattle! With Love, Pam Ballard PS. If you use the above text, please use my first name only. Thanks. PPS. I don't know what it cost. I thought these tests are supposed to be free? I did give my insurance card but haven't seen my medical statement yet. If I am charged, I hope it's very low cost.

Holy cats... When you're going to get tested for covid-19, you're already a bit hinky about even the THOUGHT of those wee bits of nastiness floating freely about your body. I was, anyway... The folks at the Church By The Side Of The Road test site, from the guy pointing you and your ride in the right direction, to the person verifying your info, to the poor tester human, well-armed with tube and swab in hand who has to swizzle ooky stuff from the interior of your nostril(s), to the folks waiting in the wings for the next wave of testees... To a one, those good souls will assist you should you be in need, put you at ease (if you're still sorta not cool with the prospect of maybe, perhaps, could-possibly-have contracted the Dread Virus), AND answer any question(s) still rattling about your noggin. But best of all, they are ALL seriously stellar human beans, wanting to get you taken care of, and armed with the info necessary to discover where exactly you stand as far as being on the Yea or Nay side of the fence. If you need to be tested, and you're near Tukwila (or even if you're not), the CBTSOTR test site and its crew of real, live, exceptionally nice humans is a cherry spot to take care of all that. Thanks much!

Always an efficient place to get tested. This was my second or third time going and the staff have always been friendly and nice. One change would be to make clear signs of where people can walk to do their walk-in testing. It wasn't very clear since the site has changed since the last time I went, but a nice staff member helped me out. Another thing, this always seems to happen to me but if staff could just double check birthdays on the vials. My birth month and day can be confusing at times, I admit (ex: 01/10 can get easily switched to 01/01). Every time I come here though my birthday is always wrong. Not sure if staff will get in trouble for wrong information written, as far as a birth dates go. Not sure if there have ever been errors with wrong results due to incorrect birthdays either. Staff have it hard already! Anyway, I know this pandemic is tough and every staff and clinic member are working hard even though you may not always be appreciated. I appreciate you all! I know it gets busy so birthdates may not even be a priority but thank you for everything! Thank you for all your effort and time.

This boat was not a good experience-:( I went to see a practitioner but the front desk ask me to fill up an application which made it to be only COVID test, she should have explained to me first. She just assumed. I am healthcare worker my self, I would like to tell her not to assume ask your patients what they want and what they are here for. Now they are going to charge me 2x because her miscommunication, It would be nice if she explain things better and not assume, when I ask her she told just fill it then after I went to the room they told me they are only going to Do a COViD swap I said no I came here to see a Dr or practitioner, I want them to check my throat. Anyways the MA went back fix something and got me a nurse practitioner and did a throat swap too but when I ask her to write a Dr note for work since I can’t go back before my COVID result is back she told me thats she can’t because she didn’t see me for covid, I don’t understand she can see it they just swapped me right there. The MA also said it is going to consider as 2 visits and they will charge me 2x. It was a bad experience but the MA was wonderful though.

As a person who is highly anxious of being poked and prodded by a doctor or dentist, I believe that I couldn’t have had a better experience than the one I had when I went in for a nasal swab at 1:40pm on Tuesday, February 16th at the Aurora Avenue test site. The greeter/intake gal, Tyler, was very friendly and kind and addressed my anxiety when I told her it was my first Covid test and that I was really scared. She assured me that it was quick and not any more uncomfortable that when you mix your wasabi/soy a little too strong at the sushi restaurant. Then, thanks be to God, the administrator of the test, Matt, was extremely patient with me (I am grateful that I thought to go at a not busy time so that I didn’t feel extra anxiety thinking I was holding up the queue). He described what would happen, how long it would take, and told me it would be okay. This helped me stop being jittery and relax enough to give it a try. I got really scared with the first attempt and how it felt, and Matt immediately yet gently removed the swab so that I could take a break. I asked him if it was going to go in further than that and he said “Oh yes” and I immediately started crying, hard. (This would be my only request of him the next time I perhaps have to see him: to intonate causally the ‘yes’ in order to help to minimize anxious patients’ fears going into a second attempt. Other than that little Matt let me take the time I needed (45+ seconds I’d imagine) to collect myself to try again, and suggested I step back to lean on the wall to support myself and be able to relax more. That helped enough to perform the swabs (1 in each nostril), along with his verbal comforting while doing the swab, and it helped me A LOT (I emphasize this) that he counted down the last 4 seconds. I cried again afterwards out of shame for falling apart (I am nearly 40 years old), and Matt told me I did a great job and allowed an elbow bump, though I wish I could’ve given him a hug. Thank you Matt. And Tyler! Heather the midday, middle-aged five year old.

It was okay. I was annoyed that I had to wait in a long line stretched out and along Aurora. I thought that having an appointment would give me priority. My instructions were to check in at 8:50am at the Front Desk. That was not possible, there is no front desk. I had to get in line with everyone else. It went okay when the facility opened at 9:00am. There were many personnel on hand, things were very well organized. I think I was done about 9:20am. So "overall" it was a good "experience." In the future I would get in line for any test early in the morning, at least fifteen minutes before the opening. The only advantage to an appointment at this site is that you will be filling out all the required information prior to arriving at the site. But having done that, it appears to me that you could then "show up" at any time! The wait time was okay, maybe 20 minutes. My appointment was booked on-line. The was no cost, just as expected. This testing site appears to work for everyone.

Fantastic set up, though the right turn only entrance is confusing if you come in from the wrong side. It was good to have an officer or traffic personnel near the entrance to explain to me that I needed to turn around. It’s a wide and busy road otherwise and it would have been harder to figure out without her help! Once in, one attendant waved me into a lane and asked for my phone number. I had assumed to stay masked and keep my window rolled up unless told otherwise, so these conditions made it hard to communicate my phone number to him. I tried to show my license in the window instead to give him a name instead. He seemed unsure of that to do And he didn’t give better instruction… so he then waved me through to back me out of that line and go into the other line without explanation. It was confusing. But I listened and the attendant for the new line was much more clear about what to do. Otherwise the test administrators were fabulous and friendly. I was in and out super fast. Will come back when needed.

Thank you SODO, what happened, UW? I live minutes away from UW, and have been to that testing site in the past. Had a great experience there so made a reservation yesterday for an 11:30 appointment today. I arrived to a long line as just one tent was open for drive through testing. I also saw some walk ups queued. I understand being short staffed and don’t blame the brave folks working, but I would have appreciated some communication regarding a 90 minute wait for my scheduled service. I could have instead made an appointment at the SODO location and just driven there. Again, my past experiences at UW were great, so let’s hope they increase staffing since the Delta variant seems to be spreading and normalcy fades. SODO was a great experience, just inconvenient, especially given my pounding headache and nausea. The folks there made me an appointment since they were unable to pull my info from the UW queue, another confusing moment, not the staff’s fault, but perhaps a fault in the scheduling system. Those folks were friendly and the woman who helped me swab was positively delightful. Super organized group and hustled to move our cars from line to line for efficiency.

The process was quick, simple, and efficient. I was checked in, in line, tested for COVID and on my way within minutes. I had never been tested before and the staff gave me a quick review of what would happen and how to get my results which was very easy to understand. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and efficient. In fact, everyone was so considerate that they even helped me with a non-healthcare related problem. There was a trash bag in the road while I was driving to the testing site that I couldn't avoid and got stuck underneath my car. Three different staff members noticed and informed me of the trash underneath my car while I was waiting in line. Thankfully there was a police officer there who helped get the trash out from under my car once I was done being tested. The staff even helped clean up some of the mess and gave me gloves so I could help too. Overall, it was a great experience and I was really impressed by their entire team not only as healthcare workers, but as caring community members helping out their fellow human!
