Carbon is easily accessible, even for older women. They’ve been kind, practical, and helpful in their explanations. It seems like I’ve had a small bunch of nigglylittle health issues. They’ve listened, asked good questions& told me what they thought was going on. So far, so good.

My only complaint is that I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen for less than 5 minutes. My needs were met and the staff was kind, though.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Recent Lab Tests Reviews (20)

I was very impressed by the quality of medical services my son received here. The doctor was friendly & wasn't rushing us through our appointment and he was genuinely concerned over my son's situation. He ran some tests on him, and this was a bonus because results are done in house and results are within minutes. The quality of the medical care received was very much appreciated. The friendly front desk staff were nice and attentive right away. I also appreciated the clean & sanitized facility and that it wasn't so packed wirh people waiting around. It seems their appointment scheduling system works because it wasn't overwhelming packed and as someone left, someone walked in. I will definitely choose this place 1st before going to urgent care.

I had an overall great experience. The 1 complaint I have is the answering service. It is not right that you have to sit on the phone for 18-25 minutes to make an appt only to be hung up on. Secondly, I took a Covid Test. I received a message 3 days later and was told to call a specific # which I did and again had to wait on the phone listening to a recording. I finally hung up and drove 35 minutes to the office I had the test at. I should have been given a direct # to the office at the time I checked out from the appt. This is poor customer/patient service. Thank you for your time and hopefully you can implement the suggestion offered. Also my husband drove to the office to get the appt for me since I couldn't do it by phone and did not have access to a computer.

My nurse practitioners visit seemed uncaring, vague, and quick. I went in for symptoms of low blood sugar and symptoms of possible anemia. According to the medical student my blood sugar test suggested my level was a little low but nothing serious. When my doctor came in she said my sugar levels were great along with my blood pressure. ( it was actually high considering my normal rarely goes above 110 and my diastolic is always lower than 90) When I asked her to check my hemoglobin levels she told me to go to my primary care doctor. I waited a very long time for discharge paperwork especially considering nothing was wrong with me. They forgot I was in there and didn’t know they haven’t given me my paperwork.

I needed to get a COVID test & Nextcare was the only same day appointment. I’d been sick for 3 days & was getting anxious to get tested. They took me right in, took my vitals, did the test & I saw a provider. Everyone was professional, the office was clean, and I had great relief that the test was done. Provider was efficient & pleasant. There was no cost! Yes, I would recommend this clinic.

I usually go here and have excellent service from my provider. I felt that I was brushed off and all my concerns were not addressed and all of my symptoms were passed off as covid . I wasn't impressed and was left just scared . It's sad when you can't even go to a doctor and automatically if your sick it's covid. Little to say I'll wait for my covid test before I subject myself to a hospital full of covid people . A chest x-ray might have been a good idea if you thought the pain in my back was related to covid! This is a one time experience for me . Usually a very positive experience .

First time at this facility - went in for COVID test. The experience was like no other medical facility. The staff were amazing - knowledgeable, super professional, very focused on patient care, the provider’s bedside manner was an A++. Super facility - clean, fresh, very comfortable. The medical team offered sound options for moving forward without pressure - this place thinks in broader terms than some other medical centers. I was their first Covid positive patient of the day and I left feeling confident I had all the information and options to move through my COVID journey. I would highly recommend ImmediateCare Arizona to anyone in need of medical support.

My experience was great in regards to my Covid testing. The problem was with the website that was provided to receive my results. I was told that I "should" receive a call 24 to 72 hours after testing if I was positive. I was also told that I could access the website to confirm my test results. I can only assume that I have a cold as I did not receive a call and I cannot access the website.

This is where I go when I cannot see my primary Doctor. I feel totally safe, every precaution against Covid-19 spreading has been taken. Huge waiting room, online registration, and a knowledgable staff. I recommend the River Road location to anyone looking for healthcare, and testing . Thank you for being a great staff...

Best urgent care in town! Friendly and caring staff. Not much wait time and the doctors take time to discuss the problem. Quick lab work. Only place I've found where I can be sure to get a rapid covid test and not wait days first to get an appointment and then have to argue with the practitioner that I need a rapid test and not the 3-5 day wait-for-results test. Great to be able to get meds there rather than have to go to a pharmacy and spend hours waiting while standing next to coughing people. Immediate Care is superior in every way.

I had Covid last month and thought I was over it I’m not sure if I’m having residual effects or if it’s coming back or if I have a cold but they said to just keep on treating it with vitamin C and zinc did not receive a Covid test because it might come up negative if it’s too soon is what the doctor said

Referred to ER i feel unnecessarily after a 1 min assessment. I paid a 75 copay for that amd ER would be 250. I will be going to my pediatrician for a second opinion, unfortunately could nkt get my child in today. Felt that additional testing could have been done to rule out other causes. I think some providers semd to ER unnecessarily which defests the purpose of an UC. Also I am a nurse and feel that this was inadequate.

The wait was shorter than I anticipated. My granddaughter and I were put in the same examination room for our covid tests, so the wait was even shorter. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I got confused with the paperwork and the young woman at the desk got me back on track. Thank you!

Went in for a covid test. Everyone was friendly and help full when I called. The call back nurse gave easy to follow instructions and was very nice. The NP was wonderful and took time to explain everything to me. What to whatch for if I needed a retest. The staff was understanding that my husband is a 1st responder so I need to get tested before he could return to work.

My experience has been excellent staff. Very well organized and knowledgeable of their jobs. I would like to comment that I requested rapid COVID test & it seems the location I visit does not know. Not sure why? Otherwise I have had to visit Nextcare 3 times since Thanksgiving. I am very impressed with their attention and care. Thank you!!

I came in with a fever and vomiting and completely out of it. The wait time was alittle long but only because i didn’t have an appointment but i knew i needed to be seen as soon as possible. The staff was super kind and the doctor especially he took care of me while i was there bringing down my fever and treating my nausea while we waited for results. He didn’t send me off like most places with a yes or no covid text. They really care about your well being and make you feel important and not as just another patient. Ran extra tests and took extra care of me. Thank you Nextcare

This will be my new spot to come to for any ailments. I drive all the way from Benson so that says alot cause this location and staff are worth the trip. Only "complaint" I have would be to offer rapid Covid testing for people like myself who are in management (or are just employed) but can't afford to miss any days "waiting for results" especially when they're probably gonna come back negative 🤞lol.

Awesome medical team, showed up early for my appointment and they still pulled me right back which was a nice surprise. The nicest and prettiest medical office I've been in, odd to say but true. Dr Trevor is the best! I went in for a simple covid test but Dr Trevor saw that I felt like crap and made time to treat my symptoms within his ability. I was also able to get meds to take home instead of waiting at a pharmacy which I really was thankful for. Definitely recommend and will use them again!

Front desk girl who checked me in was very nice when she completed my check in call after having me wait in my car when I told her it was for a COVID test. The tech who did the nose swab was very professional and did a good job on the phone as well. The physician who saw me was amazing. So nice, super smart, great personality, funny and made me feel at ease. Gave me some great advice as well

I live across town, but ended up at Immediate Care after a long search for a rapid covid test. I am SO grateful that Trevor, and the rest of the staff at Immediate Care, were the people to help treat me. I was extremely sick when I arrived, and had results from my rapid test almost immediately. I was offered treatment and left feeling set up for success. Later that evening, I was having difficulty breathing and called Immediate Care for guidance. Trevor offered several options to help, and even stayed open so that my husband could pick up the medicine I needed. I really believe that without Immediate Care, I would have ended up in the hospital due to breathing complications. I highly recommend Immediate Care after this amazing experience! Worth the drive across town without a doubt!

My daughter was taken to urgent care for covid and strep throat testing she lives in Ca and is visiting family so my sister had to take her in and we didn’t know if they would allow that being that I’m (mom) in Ca. From the moment I spoke to Brittany who answered the phone the whole process went seamless from what I could gather from not being able to be there. Brittany was very nice, professional and super helpful in getting us all situated with our situation. Truly appreciated the ease and efficiency of your whole office. Thank you!!

Tucson Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
