Kelly at the front desk really helped my son and I out when he needed to be seen ASAP for a quick test. She worked us in despite being near capacity and guided us through the process. Everyone was very personable and did their jobs well and quickly. Definitely coming back.

The wait time was really long, but it was because of the circumstances around Omicron Covid with everyone trying to get a Covid test at the same time. But overall you were well organized and, although we had to wait a few hours, I was very happy with the process! And it was great to get results today!

Very fast, and efficient, the reason for my visit was a PCR test for travel, which on the website states results in 1 day, then after being tested it’s 1 to 3 days, if it’s more then 1 day I will need to cancel my trip! I was tested at 830am, so we’ll see when I receive my results

My first time ever going to Urgent Care 1 or any Urgent Visit. This would be my favorite place of visit for an Urgent Care visit. The provider and staff are friendly than any I've have came in contact with, very caring and professional. The wait time were just as one of the staff said to me as I walked up to the check-in. I were referred to go there by one of my primary doctor staff that Physicians Health of Yale at 1 Longwharf due to my doctor not being in the office. Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Cory was amazing. My only major concern was that I identified that my daughter had a medication allergy and the APRN who saw us prescribed the one she was allergic to (which I picked up at the pharmacy and paid for) and I had to call back and get a different one. If they document allergies, that should not be ignored when prescribing.
