This is the definition of what a urgent care facility is, not a long wait time, everyone I dealt with there in the past two days were the utmost professionals, thank you for your help

I went in to check a foot whether it was sprained or broken. The staff was excellent. They were very thorough, informative and efficient. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care to everyone! From the time I went in, got registered, saw a doctor, had an x-Ray and got fitted for a boot...till the time I left, less than an hour and a half. Very satisfied with this place.

The service was very prompt. The staff was very polite and professional. I will definitely recommend any of my friends and family to go there for any urgent care needs.

I went to this urgent care because I was feeling pressure in my ears and wanted to make sure I didn't have an ear infection. The wait wasn't long at all, everyone was very friendly and personable, and not only did they take care of my ear, they also helped me with some intestinal spasms from my IBS. This is DEFINITELY where I'll be going if I ha e any other urgent needs that need to be seen asap!

The facility was VERY clean, staff from desk to the lovey APRN we’re so nice! I felt like they gave me attention and attention to detail. This place is not just a Doc in a Box. I will use the center whenever I need “urgent care”. Thank you all!!

This eas my first visit to an urgent care facility. things are a little different right now due to coronavirus, but the quality of care was good and wait time was reasonable.

I've gone here twice to get a COVID test. First time was great - staff was friendly and helpful, wait time was a bit long but it was a weekend so understandable. Second time was a huge disappointment and waste of time. Came at 4:45 - over 3 hours before closing - and when I told the receptionist I was there to get a COVID test, he just shook his head at me. I asked "no?" and he told me it was too late for them to take a walk-in for a COVID test. NOWHERE on the website have I seen anything about you needing to be there by a certain time other than it saying the last patient will be taken 15 minutes before closing. Again, I was here over 3 hours before closing. Website advertises over and over that you can walk-in for COVID testing so this was an unwelcome surprise and a very frustrating experience.

I came in for a visit, mainly for the covid test because I was sick. I told the doctor I had an ear ache, she never even checked my ear, and I told her multiple times it was hurting. She seemed like she just wanted me to hurry up and leave.
