Wait a little long but everything else was awesome!

Scheduling was fine. Filling out the ppr work online via solvs link was ridiculous. If you went to look up info in your phone ie a phone # all entered data was lost and had to start over. After 3 attempts and data disappearing its a flawed system.  The wait time in the waiting room, in the exam room, and for post visit pprwork is obscene. While the entire staff even the NP coffee clutched around one computer on facebook and other non related things on social media I was there 2 hrs and 45 min with a sick child.  There were 2 ppl in front of us and we had a simple ear infection.  The two in front of us had flu symptoms and URI symptoms. Nothing unusual or time consuming to treat. We were all chatting in the waiting room while we waited. There is absolutely no professionalism respect for others time or care for the horrible feeling patients comfort at all.   This particular group of staff needs to go back and learn the absolute basics of patient respect and professionalism.  People are there because they are sick and very uncomfortable they are not there for a social call or to waste their entire afternoon with a sick child.    The provider was fine and knowledgeable I would recommend her but not that practice as a whole in a million years!!   The entire experience was infuriating

I have been back and fourth with a fever and aches so I finally came and got checked out all around good experience

I hit the wrong time. I waited over 3 hours in the wait room. Another 30 plus minutes in the room. Due to the other afc not being open, when they were required to be open, the customers were rerouted to this afc. I was a walk-in. This meant I had to wait longer than usual. I only had sinus congestion and needed a work note. The staff was great. The doctor was great. The parenting of one of the children in the wait room was below standard. Wait time was awful but everything was of satisfactory. Thank you

Very pleasant experience for a miserable moment. The doctor was great and very professional.

The nurse practitioner who saw me had also seen me on a prior medical issue. And, just like that one, she got this one right. I was starting to feel better after just a few hours of taking the prescribed antibiotics and taking a long nap. Woke up this morning feeling a ton better.

All of the staff are friendly and professional. The doctor is amazing. She explains things well and has my best interests in mind.

I woke up yesterday feeling ill was hoping it was a cold turns out it was not. Was able to get in within 15 minutes of scheduling. The team was amazing and super friendly and had me taken care of quickly.

I felt that I was relapsing from a respiratory illness. My wife took me in to get checked. I waited very little time to be seen. The doctor diagnosed the problem quickly and sent in the prescriptions I needed. Everyone was professional and also very friendly.

This was my first ER visit at 49 years old. I was anxious about going, but could not be more pleased with my experience.   I was in and out within 4 hours, but it’s really my nurse Knox that made the experience a little less scary, a little more light hearted, and a lot more comfortable.  Thanks Knox!

Mary , NP cared for me today, and she was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring!  Lamont was very professional, friendly & caring.  Wait was a little long, but it was worth it for great care.  I appreciate the front desk staff too! I recommend this facility to people I know!

Concern for worsening covid symptoms made me decide to get checked. Online appointments were full but walk ins open. I was very pleased with my assessment and treatment. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone.
