I woke up this AM with UTI sx. My insurance sent me to Tran Urgent Care. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of scheduling, the care, and the prompt care as well. I would like to see an improved patient portal experience. The provider and staff were kind and knowledgeable.

Grandson hadn’t been feeling well for about a week. We went online and scheduled appointment for next day. I accidentally went to wrong clinic. The clinic was nice enough to call correct clinic and said I would be late. Finally arrived at correct clinic was seen right away. Front staff was amazing offered us drinks too. Nurse and Dr were amazing and super friendly. We were in and out. Had problems getting medication filled at pharmacy. Called clinic and they fixed the problem immediately. Thanks for your help again. Amazing place to be seen.

Very efficient and well organized. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

I was able to book an appointment online to avoid walking in. The staff was great and listened to my concerns. I was prescribed the appropriate medication. Very grateful for this office and it's staff.

When I came down with sinus infection symptoms and freaked out that I could not get seen in my doctors office, I was very grateful to be able to get on an Indigo waitlist and then squeezed into be seen by an urgent care provider. Everyone was lovely, very friendly and professional. I was even impressed by the prompt care others received while I waited to be seen. Someone with a clearly injured leg/foot was immediately offered a wheel chair and taken back. (I knew I’d need to wait and it makes sense that someone with worse condition would get care first!). But I very much appreciated the great customer service and care I observed and myself also received. Once I got taken back, the nurse had great bedside manner. And then Dr. Lem was kind, quick but thorough, and got me assessed, treated and recommended follow up with a specialist. I very much appreciated the quality care I received! Honestly, my only frustration with the entire visit was the card reader went down, so I couldn’t pay. I can’t say how much I really appreciated the quality care that got me in and out on my way, though. Thanks to the whole staff and Dr. Lem!

I recently had an appointment at the Indigo Tumwater office, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in.  Dr. Ryan and nurse John along with the entire staff were gently thorough in their approach, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed with care and professionalism. The level of attention to detail and the patient-first approach truly stood out to me.  I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking compassionate and comprehensive medical care. Had to check the kids’ coughs before letting them go back to school. Great visit and loved Dr. Dan!!! Easy scheduling, clean office, nice front desk staff and no wait. Would def go back.

I went to Indigo for a second visit for the same ear infection. This time me I saw Michelle. She was wonderful. She listened to me, changed the medication and added one. After only two days I’m starting to feel a difference. The staff is always courteous, friendly and extremely efficient. My prescriptions are always called into the pharmacy even before I leave the office.  I really value this place. They bill my insurance and seldom make me wait more than a day or two to get in. I actually prefer it to my insurance physicians. BTW I was offered an appt in my network for an INFECTION in 4 months!  Unbelievable.

All appointments Were taken but I appreciate being able to go home And wait.  Staff was super professional and Kind. Also, I Received good explanation of treatment from Katie arnp

Great experience. Took my daughter in for a sore throat, had an appointment within an hour, was seen and got results fast. The team was friendly, caring, and efficient.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

Easy online booking.  Check in was seamless. Waiting area is clean and pleasant.  Staff are all friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful, which is really appreciated when you are sick.  I would absolutely recommend this facility.

I had been dealing with a sinus infection for two weeks and the staff were able to get me in the exam room and out the door in an hour. Friendly and helpful staff when it came to getting my vitals and making sure I had all I needed when I left.

The doctor was very condescending. While trying to explain my sons complex Medical history and issues he turn and looks at my son then looks at me and asked if my son could not speak. That was extremely disrespectful and inappropriate

I have a uti that the antibiotics is not helping, we have been waiting for three days for the results from the lab, why is it taking so long?! I now have to suffer thru Christmas before I can be seen or get results very dissatisfied
