Grandson hadn’t been feeling well for about a week. We went online and scheduled appointment for next day. I accidentally went to wrong clinic. The clinic was nice enough to call correct clinic and said I would be late. Finally arrived at correct clinic was seen right away. Front staff was amazing offered us drinks too. Nurse and Dr were amazing and super friendly. We were in and out. Had problems getting medication filled at pharmacy. Called clinic and they fixed the problem immediately. Thanks for your help again. Amazing place to be seen.

No scheduled appointments were available, so I joined the waiting list and went home. Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.
