I’m a multicare employee, I did the online visit for employee exposure and went in, waited in line 10-15 minutes then front desk gal took my info and shortly after they got me right back and I was done with my swab! The only thing that made me rub my head is: why would us that are coming in with covid symptoms be mixed up with those there for a Covid test to travel? Seems silly to me, the urgent care should be for sick people not healthy people mixed with some seriously sick people!! Anyhow pretty sure it is just what it is at this point and time. Very thankful for my great quick service so I could get back home and rest! Thank you!

I was not able to book an appointment on line, so I had to check in early morning and then sent home to wait. It took all day, but it was just because of the incredible amount of people that wanted to get a Covid test. There service and staff was very good. Highly recommend.

The staff at the Indigo at Bonney Lake are excellent They are friendly, professional, and obviously care about their patients. I would definitely recommend this Indigo to everyone. I came for MultiCare Covid test due to exposure, so it was a nurse only visit. She was fabulous! Wait time was short. She thoroughly explained test (new bristles on collection swab, which could— and did—cause more burning than other cotton swab).

Staff was extremely friendly and professional, despite a very large workload from walk-in patients. Another location may need to be added in Gig Harbor to alleviate the patient load. (Or, this might have just been a post-holiday surge on a Monday morning.). The wait time as a walk-in patient was long (several hours), but I WAS seen the same day.

After searching 5 pharmacies for a covid home test, I stood In tearful desperation at their front doors in need of having my 10 yr old daughter tested for covid 19 on Christmas eve, they genuinely showed great compassion and kindness and squeezed her in right away for a rapid covid test. The entire stadf was caring, fast, and undersranding. Thank you Woodcreek sunrise for all your help and caring about family this holiday season, I am so thankful for you.

I loved the fact that as a walk in, I could go home and be altered when it was time to come in. All the staff were wonderful from the front desk, to our intake to our visit with the PA. Everything was explained well and any questions we had were answered throughly. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

When I went in for the appointment, I was greeted by friendly smiles. Front staff was awesome. They were very helpful and communicated very well about my paperwork. I had literally zero wait time in the lobby, as well as in the exam room after the physicians assistant took vitals, etc. The physician came in just a minute ir two after her assistant left. My physician was very thorough and informative during the exam. She ordered PT, x-rays, and even told me that massages for my back issue were available. Overall 5 star treatment, cleanliness, attitudes, friendliness, and atmosphere. I would recommend this Multicare to anyone needing to see a doctor in an urgent care situation.

Very busy location and was unable to secure an appointment on Friday or Saturday due to high volume. The person at the desk who assisted me on Friday was very kind and helpful, looking into locations that might be able to see me that day and informing me that if I come in at opening on Saturday, I can get a walk in spot. The people at the desk who assisted me on Saturday, when I was able to get a walk in appointment, were also kind, helpful, fast, and efficient. The doctor and nurse were also kind and respectful. I feel like they did a great job helping me with an injury and walking me through the L&I worker's comp process, which was new to me. They answered any questions I had.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Dr. Heath was fantastic! Very cool guy and knew his stuff. He got me the meds I needed to get me on my way. However, the wait time was rough. It was close to 3 hours before I was actually seen by the doctor. They take appointments too and it seems those take priority over walk ins. Totally understandable but when I literally have pneumonia and feeling very cruddy, then told the wait will be 1 hour so I waited in the car only to have it be close to 3 hours, I had a hard time with that. Overall though, the care was absolutely top notch! Thank you.
