Short Wait Time

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. Great place to visit and have your medical needs attended too. Thank you,

Have a physician 3 in the office and not one could see me in weeks time. Pitiful. I was out of town, flying back in late Friday. My daughter got on and had me an appointment immediately. Saturday morning I was at your clinic pronto. Soar throat, ears, hurting, feeling like crap. You were all wonderful, professional, and quick. With the prescriptions I got by evening I felt like a new person. I'm sorry I didn't get your names but you were great! Merry Christmas and Happy new year to you all.

This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.

Took a spill and feared a broken bone in my hand. South Huron Urgent Care took great care of me. Waited about five minutes to be seen. Dr Cindy is great!! X-rayed, splinted and I'm ready to go, with follow up instructions that she went over with me.  She showed me the x-ray, and explained what was going on. They took time and care with me. Office staff is friendly and personable too. Highly recommend!!

Went for a Covid Testing at their drive up testing site. The process was quick and the staff were friendly, efficient and I got my pcr results in only a few hours, not 24. I am hoping to use them again for future travel where I need to be tested before my cruise. Thank you!

We needed a quick PCR test. I was able to get one of the first appointments online for my daughter. I was the second person in line when we drove up. Everyone was very friendly. They swabbed her at 10 am and we actually got the results that afternoon around 2:30 pm! It was great! I would totally recommend this drive up clinic.

Awesome experience! Check in was super quick. The nurse went above and beyond to explain the differences between the tests. My daughter was nervous and she was really kind to her.

- Verified patient on 9/25

I am particularly grateful for the nurse who was so kind and patient with my daughter who had a bad prior experience with a Covid test. I wish I would have gotten the nurse’s name. She was just wonderful. Thank you for your compassion.

- Verified patient on 8/19

Very efficient. Great staff! I have had three Covid tests performed and by far the young man that did this one was gentle and I was not uncomfortable! Thank you RapidBio!

- Verified patient on 9/9

Took my daughter for a COVID-19 test, and she was very anxious. The tester was wonderful! She explained everything and did not rush my daughter at all. I can’t say enough good things about this testing experience.

- Verified patient on 8/29

I had a fantastic experience using Solv! I was able to make an appointment for a COVID test within 20 minutes. I arrived to the site and was seen 10 minutes early by a fantastic provider, Rashanda. I got a text message that my results were ready in 12 hours (originally quoted 24-36h) so they are incredible. The process was so easy and I would recommend Solv to EVERYONE!

- Verified patient on 11/18

This is a wonderful option for people who are unable to meet with their primary for urgent concerns. I have also utilized this urgent care office multiple times for covid testing. They are always kindly accommodating to my specific needs. The wait time was not bad at all! I expected to wait much longer as we were delayed for the appointment arrival time. With covid concerns and in need of testing they were still able to accommodate me and my s/o for testing. Cinnamon has been a great provider to us at the Springfield Urgent Care. Her bedside manner and compassionate care shines through. She explained what was going on to the best of her knowledge with the symptoms we have and has provided us with guidance and a care plan to assist in fighting off whatever cold or virus we have. It seems that she truly cares about helping people well. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to my friends, family, or even a stranger looking for local care. Receptionists were friendly and accommodating as well. It think it's been my 3rd or 4th visit there. The consistency of quality of care is impressive. I'm so happy this urgent care is available in my area as pinckney/hamburg/whitmore lake residents now have and option other that going to a hospital in Ann Arbor. Keep up the fabulous care!

This is my third visit to Rapid Bio drive thru tested facility in front of the hockey arena in Plymouth. Each time the staff is efficient and courteous. I truly appreciate the availability of appointments and the quick results. Even though Rapid Bio did not have an appointment on the day I inquired, Solv, did have a bank of appointments at this facility, so I was able to get in the same day. My results are consistently available in less than 12 hours which brings me peace of mind. I did not rate the facility cleanliness since it is a drive-thru testing facility. I highly recommend this facility for Covid testing.

Plymouth Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
