I had scheduled a time to check in. The office staff forgot to add me to the checking list. After waiting over an hour and seeing patients come and go who checked in after I did, I asked the receptionist where I was on the list. She said they did not check me in by mistake. I was called back about 15 minutes after that.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

Despite the huge surge in COVID cases and the subsequent impact it’s had on volume, everyone in this office did a fantastic job at remaining friendly and upbeat. Tiffany at the front desk was fast and efficient getting us checked in; Shernette the nurse made my daughter feel very comfortable during her test, her demeanor with children is excellent, and Dr. Armando did a thorough exam even though we just came for a COVID test. I would highly recommend PM Pediatrics to any friends or family members. It was clean and the staff was doing a great job despite the unfortunate situation children and parents in Florida are now faced with. Thank you PM staff.

I was seen for a Covid Rapid Test. The whole process from scheduling to my appointment was so easy and everyone was great. I scheduled my appointment online for same morning appointment, filled everything out online, and confirmed via text message. I was able to check in from my appointment from my car and was able to communicate everything with the office via text message. They texted to let me know what my patient cost would be prior to entering the office and once they were ready, they notified me to come in, I made my payment and they brought me straight to my room. Everything was explained well and had great bedside manners. The office was really clean, I was entertained with HGTV (which I love) when I waited in my room, and wait times were not bad. I would definitely recommend this office! Great experience!

Being that I had been in pain for weeks, I couldn't bear to wait an additional week to see my primary doctor. Crucial Care gave me an appointment within 2 hours of my call. I was able to fill out most of the paperwork from my phone in advance. After a short wait beyond my appointment, I was seen by the practioner who took time to listen thoroughly to my symptoms and discuss with me the appropriate diagnostic test. With results, diagnosis, prescription and care recommendations in hand, I'm on the road to healing as opposed to remaining in limbo. I also appreciated the heated sheet! All personnel were friendly, patient and helpful. I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend this facility.

Do not use this App to book care. It is very misleading and has not been properly tested and deployed. I booked an appointment. Got there early. Followed all the directions on the app and it took over 2 hours to get care. There was me and one walk-in when I aero. Due to the app, all the walking were seen before me. When trying to figure out why I hadn’t been seen when according to the app I was checked, I was repeatedly told I didn’t follow protocol. The PA, Gabrielle, was great. The up front staff was unprofessional and condescending. When I finally got a room, all I could hear were personal conversations and swearing.

I have only had to use this facility maybe 4 times since moving here 14yrars ago. Thank goodness I wasn't sick very often and you could call your family doctor to get an appointment. Well those days are gone. I was scheduled to go to yulee late afternoon for my covid vaccine but had had a terrible headache, diarrhea, but no fever. Kept calling the Millennium group to ask if I could still get my vaccine and I didn't hear back until after my time for shot. When they finally called back they said to go to urgent care on 8th street so I called and got an appointment for 5:15 which was marvelous. It was just like I remembered, wonderful doctor, extremely clean. And front office girls were extremely friendly. I missed out on getting my vaccine but I got tested for covid and it was negative thank goodness. I will definitely return to this facility.

Staff is very courteous and professional. Kael was particularly helpful during our visit. Here is why, it was extremely busy today and the wait was very long hence the two stars. The wait was not at all the fault of the staff. covid-19 testing has really ramped up in this part of Florida and many facilities have been overwhelmed with testing requests. Kael was very instrumental in keeping clients tempers cool and patience steady. Our thanks to all involved that made sure we made it through our visit successfully (even if it was four hours). Hats off to the staff because they made it all day. Thank you

I have taken my grandkids here before, so when the VA referred their walk-in services to me, I was grateful and trusted their team from my previous experiences with their clinic services. New customer check-in took about three minutes in the office, I waited in the car to fill out forms online on my cell phone, and was called immediately after the paperwork was submitted. I estimate that about 6 or 7 patients were being seen at the same time in the mid-afternoon, maybe more. The staff checked my vitals, did three tests (COVID, strep throat, influenza), and I was seen within 20 minutes with all results of these tests. The overall check by April Beltran (APN) was efficient, covered all of my visit needs, and all of the visit went fine. Thank you. High marks.

We did not have an appointment but after a long wait in line , We had a great service. Every one of the testing and registration people were very kind and professional, the only think I will add ( if the supervisor needs an input to improve the service) is at least 3 more assistants to help and allow everyone have a break. These girls have been working non stop since the morning. I and my mother were in line for about 5 hours , during that period of time several people left the line and the site with no test done because the long wait. We need everyone in everyplace to be tested to avoid the spread of this disease if at least one of them is infected. Thank you

I made an appointment here as directed by my health plan. I had experienced numerous symptoms consistent with a breakthrough COVID. I wanted to assure I was okay to go to work and not endanger others. My concerns were listened to and addressed. An EKG was done and I got the testing I requested. I liked the doctor, perhaps a chair for the practitioner would have made our discussion seem less hurried (standing by the door). I am not saying he did not listen. I would go there again and was very pleased that there was no wait; I used their website to book my appontment. I was pleased with the copay amount. The whole experience was very reassuring.

After trying 4 other urgent cares with in the area, I accidentally ended up here. I didn’t know about it and it didn’t show up on Google. I was looking to get a vivid test because, as we know, there are none available for purchase anywhere in the area. ALL of the other places were busy yes but all were rude and unhelpful. I was greeted by three friendly and helpful people at the front desk. It was busy but I was assured that they would get to me as soon as they could. Everyone from intake to the nurse and physician were amazingly professional. More importantly, they were kind helpful and genuinely concerned for my welfare. I will definitely utilize this location again should the need arise.

I am from out of town and not feeling well was afraid I might have Covid. they were very nice very quick gave me a test for Covid and for influenza A and B fortunately I was negative. Because I had a cough they gave me an x-ray and diagnosed me right away they gave me some steroids right in the office and did nebulizer treatments. they really made sure to To address all my symptoms, which by the time I left I was feeling so much better. This was a wonderful place and great people. Thank you so much it was a great experience for being so far from home. I have insurance and they did this all with my co-pay

Unlike other same-day test results facilities I did not feel rushed, I did not feel like I was being exposed to germs from clipboards and other people. I greatly appreciated the opportunity to do as much as possible concerning registration out in the car. It was nice to come in pay and then go right to a private waiting room. So I didn’t have to sit out in the waiting room and worry about exposure. I greatly appreciate the doctor coming in to talk with me and deliver my test results. Most importantly I’d like to thank her for simply caring enough to really listen to me. I could tell she heard me. I think her advice was very helpful and I will follow up on her recommendation. The friendlier the receptionists are the better because that is the first point of contact. I felt awkward because I didn’t know how the registration and testing process would work. After completing the info on my phone, I called to ask what would happen next. The second receptionist was very friendly and seemed to want to put me at ease which was much appreciated. Let’s face it, I’m not a doctor, I may be a lawyer, but it’s most reassuring to know you’re in the hands of people who know what they’re doing and also do it well. Thank you for making me feel important and like my visit to your facility was important to you.

There was only one poor guy doing all the tests, so it took over an hour to get to me even though I had an appointment. Could have gotten it done for free with a little longer wait at the park - the whole reason I came here and paid was to get it done immediately. Other than that issue, the staff was friendly and professional, and the one guy was visibly doing his best to get to everyone quickly. In general I would recommend UrgentMed for their friendly and helpful staff and clean and professional environment. Covid tests aren't easy anywhere, so can't really hold that against them.

GuideWell is a new urgent care facility in the area, but make no mistake they are on a different level than any other urgent care I’ve been to before. They far exceeded my expectations. From the cleanliness of the facility to the check in process, to the large board on the lobby with a list of prices for different services ( which they provide an extensive list of services and testing) to the wait time to receive medical care it was just easy and not frustrating. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. Everyone introduced themselves by their name and the nurses and PCCs that took care of me were simply awesome. Everything was explained in detail and they checked on me regularly. Their bedside manner is such a welcome change from many places these days. Dr. Tulsiak was very patient, caring and compassionate. Thank you to all that helped in my care from the girls at the front desk to the Radiologist to Stephanie, Charla, Wayne, and Josh. If I have a need to receive medical care in the future I will definitely come back to GuideWell vs a busy hospital ER.

My husband tested positive for Covid and it was a rush to get down there with all three of my children and myself to get tested last minute. My family has a funeral the following day and I was absolutely scared. I Donely were they sensitive to my situation but, they worked me in last minute even when they were ready to close. These women have been on their feet all day long and have families to get home to yet they stay to tend to mine. They were sweet, kind, quick and efficient! I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided! The medical care they give is definitely above and beyond!

I made an appointment for a Covid test. It was for 3:40 pm on Tuesday, August 2. After checking in, we were told to wait in our car til they called us. The wait time would be about 20 minutes. My husband and I waited almost 1 hour in our car before I went in and asked how much longer. Personnel told me they were about ready for us and I could get my husband. Johnathan did our nasal swabs and was very professional. Dr. Dean, great personality and very caring, did come in our room to talk with us before he told us to wait in our car for about 15 minutes for the results. We waited about a half hour before Dr. Dean came out to our car to give us the paperwork that we were negative for Covid. Would suggest timeframes would be more accurate. results.

My daughter did the Covid 19 test at the Davie location she had an appointment and everything went smoothly. Today I was there without an appointment because the website didn't let me and I decided to just go there. Once there the attendant said that I had to wait because I didn't have an appointment. I waited 15 minutes and I decided to call the office. They put me in the system but I wasn't able to finish the process for some reason. My complaint is about the attendant that was very rude I was waiting for an hour and he yelled at me saying that's what happened when you don't have an appointment. He ignored me the whole time. I took the test because I'm sick and this guy had no compassion just thinking that it was my fault that he couldn't help me.

You may use my review if it is anonymous. You may use my first name only. I have been to Guide Well emergency care twice. Both times the physician I met with was Dr. Mark. He ordered the necessary test diagnosed my conditions both times accurately. I was so impressed with his care for me on my first trip, that when my physician suggested going to the hospital for tests for my second condition I refused and went to guide well instead. Actually my physician asked me to go to the emergency room and when I said no they said then go to guide well. I was very happy to do so based on the great quality of care on my first visit. The tests were done both times quickly and painlessly. My veins are very difficult to find for IVs, but the technician was able to find it with no problems and no pain and no bruising. I wish that I could go to guide well for regular care and not just emergency care. That’s how much I trust them. The entire staff is very friendly and made me feel that they were extremely knowledgeable and cared about me. I highly recommend Guide Well.

What a great experience! I had scheduled a covid test for my daughter at Walgreens and when we arrived they said their site was down and couldn’t do any testing until the following day. I was panicking trying to find somewhere that could test her for covid since she was sent home from school with symptoms. It was after 5pm and after searching and calling different places I called medfast in Titusville… there was an actual person who pleasantly answered the phone… not an automated *press 1 for…* voice. She welcomed us to come in for my daughters testing. The sign in was quick and easy… we waited in the car and completed the text registration which was super easy and convenient! Our wait time was less than 20 minutes and we went straight into a room. The nurse (Nieves) was so kind and comforting to my daughter. She administered the test so carefully that my daughter barely flinched. We were finished with everything in less than an hour total! I appreciate the staff being so kind and efficient. Thank you for being available and taking such great care of my child!

I can not express enough how my treatment was today. I showed up to get my DOT physical exam. I was greeted with a pleasant smile and a detailed description of the paperwork I had to fill out. I had a request to use the restroom early for the urinalysis test because of water intake and driving time.. I was immediately granted permission. This was an awesome experience with smiles and a few laughs the staff is wonderful. And Advanced practice nurse RAGONE was absolutely a pleasant treat to go through this . She makes you feel completely comfortable and is very thorough with the medical questions. I felt so at ease and will definitely be coming back because of her in the future to renew my DOT card. Thank you all for your great service and all you've done through this madness. With all my respect RM. 1-16-21

Chipley Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
