Drive thru was great! But some young yt kid with swoosh blonde hair in faded red scrubs was very bossy! Told me I shouldn’t have told them my first and middle name (I was trying to include both bc I didn’t know which they had on file from my previous test..) he was very sassy & smart mouthed! Then, after I got my results (negative), I pulled forward to text family my results *way far away from the drive thru line*** and he come running all the way thru a row of parked cars in the parking lot, taps on my window VIGOROUSLY then I roll it down, looking confused, and he says “um didn’t you get results already?” And I said “oh, yeah? I was just texting, ahaha” and he said “oh ok yeah well we need you to leave.” Like???? I wasn’t in the way at all-no one behind me?! But he wants to run across the parking lot to shoo me out for WHAT? It was funny, he was taking it a lil too serious..like bro don’t you have a test to be running or sum??

I did a virtual visit to get my covid test. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get a same day test with that but I d4ove to the location and waited in my car for the virtual visit. There was a line of about 30 ppl waiting inviting of the building. The site crashed and wouldn't let me log into the visit, but the staff was on.point. They called about 5 minutes after my appt was supposed to occur and got me screened. They told me I didn't have to wait in.line and that someone would com swab me at my car shortly. Overall from arrival to departure the experience took an hour and change. They called me with the results so I didn't have to wait around. Best system for testing efficiency I've seen so far. Those waiting in line hadn't done a virtual visit. I recommend signing up for the virtual visit, saved time and I got to wait in my warm car.

Even with appointment it took 2 hours for a Covid test. I know they are busy

This was a great experience! I had used the brick and mortar for my daughter recently and had to wait in line at 7 AM for a Covid test timeslot - but I’m on crutches and had the opportunity and enough time to set up a virtual visit to now schedule my test that I need to travel domestically in a few days. Yes there was a little bit of a wait for the zoom link but of course you guys are swamped and taking care of everyone so I expected and did not mind that at all. But once the provider came on she was sweet and professional and it was efficient and got me taken care of. It couldn’t have gone smoother I really value the way you have this set up

Upon walking in the door for the rapid Covid test, I encountered a staff member sitting at a table. I was not greeted or acknowledged for a short period of time. Although she wasn’t on the phone or talking to anyone, she chose to ignore me until she finished what she was doing. It literally takes 2 seconds to make eye contact, say hello, I’ll be right with you. As if I wasn’t feeling bad enough physically and certainly didn’t come to make her obvious bad day worse, it just adds another layer to the question, what type of care will I receive here? Fortunately, the staff member who preformed the test was quite polite and very professional as was the staff member who relayed the test results.

The weight was long especially when coming for a pre-employment drug test, and you are super hydrated! I tried to make an appointment, but there were none available, and there was limited time for me to get that done! Overall it’s a great experience, and the staff was excellent from the front desk to the collection.

I wanted a rapid COVID-19 test, due to my husband resent heart attack and upcoming appointments. I was @ Physcians Care Sunday, 1-3-21 and there was a 6 1/2 hr. wait. I was told to come back @ 8:00 am. I went ahead and filled out all paperwork and gave my id, Ins. cards. 1-4-21 I was at office @ 8:05 am. Called and told, whoever answered the phone, I had arrived and in the parking lot. I stood in line outside, in 28 degree temperature, waiting my turn for approximately 40 minutes. When I entered the receptionist asked if I’d signed in, I said I called, she said you have to sign in, and the wait time was appropriately 3 hours. I was not told by ANYONE Sunday morning or Monday morning that I had to sign in!!! Finally seen Dr @ 11:00! The personnel absolutely should be told to tell patients about their signin policy!!! I realized with COVID-19 it’s a busy time, but to not be made aware of the signin policy is very upsetting!!!

With a growing amount of C-19 cases popping up, we weren’t sure if we would be able to find a place to get tested. We visited a few different clinics and were unsuccessful in obtaining a test or a referral. We did, however, find Reagan Medical Center (Five Fork Facility). Although we were not able to be seen that day because it was after 6pm when we arrived, nevertheless, we were given instructions on how to be seen the following day. RMC were very sympathetic to our needs and after following their instructions, we were promptly seen and tested the following morning. What really stood out to us was how fast they were working and really putting in a lot of effort to see patients even though they were obviously overwhelmed with test request. We actually saw them running in and out of the medical facility to speed up the testing process. Bravo! Reagan Medical Center!! For not just going through the motions but actually demonstrating how much you care and your dedication to helping people during this pandemic. Please keep up the awesome work because it is not going by unnoticed.

I WAS SEEN IN YOUR CLINIC ON 1/4/*** FOR COVID TESTING. I WAS GREATLY IMPRESSED AND GRATEFUL FOR THE KINDNESS, “PROFESSIONALISM” BY EVERY STAFF MEMBER. THE NURSE WHO DID THE TEST EXPLAINED, ALLOWED ME TO ASK QUESTION, WAS VERY WARM AND COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER CARE THAN SHE GAVE. ONLY STAFF PERSON I LEARNED NAME WAS STEPHANIE THE PA. HER EXAM WAS THOROUGH, VERY PERSONABLE AND ALSO VERY KIND. I SPENT 60+ YEARS AS A NURSE IN DIFFERENT MEDICAL FIELDS SO FEEL CAN HONESTLY SAY THIS CLINIC AND STAFF PROVIDE ELITE SERVICE WITH CARING,KIND AND PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDES AND I AM MOST GRATEFUL I WAS SEEN THERE AS A PATIENT. THEY ARE “BEST OF THE BEST “ I WAS SEEN FOR COVID TEXTING AFTER DAUGHTER HAD TESTED POSITIVE. SHE RELATED MY AGE OF 89 YEARS AND MANY HEALTH ISSUES, SO THEY ADVISED WOULD SEE ME THAT DAY ALTHOUGH THEY HAD STOPPED TAKING ANY MORE PATIENTS THAT DAY, SO THEY SAW ME OVER THEIR USUAL CAPACITY LIMIT. COST COVERED BY MEDICARE AND BCBS CERTAINLY WOULD AND WILL RECOMMEND. CHECK IN EASY.

First, I couldn't schedule COVID-19 testing near me. It was such a relief to get an appointment. Second, I got there early to make sure I was seen. I heard stories from other places where appointments were canceled frequently. The app showing where I was at in line reassured me that wouldn't be an issue. Third, the clinic was clean and bright and very welcoming. I liked it so much I took down some ideas for my own home decor. Last, but definitely not least, EVERYONE WAS AWESOME!!!! Every person I worked with was friendly, nice, gave clear instructions, and felt like real people. I don't care that Atlanta Plus UC is an hour away, and other clinics are closer. I'll come back here anytime I can.

Amazing. Nurse Charles was top notch GREAT. He was very kind to my little boy, 3 yrs old. He tried all tests (temp, oxygen, heart rate) on me to make sure equipment worked properly before waking my very sick child to work him up. I thought was above and beyond compassionate and really appreciated his kindness. He explained all tests to me before doing anything to him (strep, flu, and covid). We were checked on frequently. He was seen quickly but i did not feel like we were being rushed in and out. The NP or PA who saw him was great as well. She was very kind and made sure all concerns were addressed. I've been to CMS urgent care before and I've always been happy with the care I've received. Thanks again Charles for your kindness and care. We appreciate you!

Warner Robins Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
