Made an appt for 530. I arrived and they said they wouldn't be able to see me until 630. I understand, an urgent care is busy and unpredictable. However, I didn't get called back until 7 and was not seen by the doctor until after 815. I arrived home at 9 and had left my house at 515. Please schedule less appts or accept less walk ins after appts are full.

I walked in pain and feeling like I was going to vomit with no appt. After the little paperwork they offered me a barf bag. After only a short wait I was put into a room. I felt like I had an UTI so I had to give a sample. After 3 bottles of water & much time I couldn’t. I was vomiting. My nurse kept checking on me. The doctor gave me a shot to stop all my pain & vomiting as soon as I got into the room again. Great service by everyone.

Urgent care

I had been experiencing symptoms for a short period of time and they got worse over the weekend and wasn’t able to make it to my PCP. So I scheduled an appointment because the symptoms weren’t bad enough to go to the ED. The wait time was bad it took almost 2 hours after my appointment time to be seen but the staff was friendly and the provider listened to me and answered my concerns. I would definitely recommend her.
