The front staff and medical assistant were very nice. They always have a short wait time which is a plus. However the physician I had was clearly in a rush and not really interested in listening to me concerns. She also called in my prescription under the wrong name and it took over an hour to sort it out at the pharmacy.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

According to the CDC, anyone who has been exposed to blood or body fluids of an infected person should get tested for hepatitis. This includes individuals who have shared needles, had unprotected sex, or have lived with someone who has hepatitis. Additionally, healthcare workers and people who have traveled to countries with high rates of hepatitis should also consider testing.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial to prevent the spread of the disease and to start treatment as early as possible. According to the CDC, many people with hepatitis do not know they are infected, which can lead to severe liver damage over time if left untreated. Early detection can also help prevent the spread of the virus to others.
