Thank you to staff of PromptMD Fort Lee for the patience, compassion, and consideration. They were scheduled to close early yesterday (Black Friday) but made the decision to stay on and see 3 more patients (including myself)!

Urgent care

Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process. Thank you for listening and caring, I would highly recommend.

Getting tested for hepatitis is vital for several reasons. Firstly, it allows for early detection and treatment, which can prevent liver damage and other complications. Secondly, it helps to curb the spread of the virus, protecting others in the community. Lastly, it provides peace of mind for individuals who may be at risk. According to the CDC, hepatitis B and C can become chronic conditions if left untreated, leading to serious health problems like liver cancer.
