Normally a very good experience.  Not sure what was going on today.  I was first one checked in at 8 and didn’t not see the doctor until almost 9.

Went in with UTI, seen by nurse and doctor in a timely manner. Given a shot of antibiotics and a prescription for more.. However neither the nurse or the doctor introduced themselves, even though their names were written on the white board. Also nurse didn’t take BP. Otherwise, visit was very good.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), anyone who has been exposed to risk factors for hepatitis should consider getting tested. This includes individuals who have used injected drugs, received blood transfusions before 1992, been on long-term kidney dialysis, or have been born to a mother with hepatitis. It's also recommended for people who have been in close contact with someone who has hepatitis, or those who have traveled to countries with high rates of the disease.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial as it is a silent disease that often shows no symptoms until it has caused significant liver damage. According to the CDC, early detection can lead to treatments that can delay or even prevent the onset of serious liver disease. It can also help prevent the spread of the disease to others.
