I thought that the Apex group was very nice, and very sharp. I had the issue a few weeks that was treated by another clinic. Helped but said to go to an ENT. That would have been January. Beth gave me 3 different prescriptions that have already helped immensely. . Everyone there was very friendly and knowledgable. Thanks Apex.

Staff and faculty was amazing! Wait time was a little frustrating but might have been a problem that I already had an account. Scheduled a 315 got a text that it was cancelled, they were reconciling the double accounts. Went in at 215 as a walk in and had to still wait till 325. But the staff and the provider definitely make up for and inconvenience.

I received texts prior to coming in confirming my appointment and the a text to check in when i arrived. Heidi took my insurance card and ID the saw me to a room. She took thorough history of symptoms, and check with Melissa APRN to see whst tests to run! Heidi explained test and how it would go and length of time it would take. Melissa was friendly took thorough history and explained all the tests she would run and how long results would take. In mean time she prescribed medications and informed me when test results would likely be back. Melissa also included what OTC remedies I could use for symptoms. Overall a great experience especially when I was feeling so awful. Great job highly recommend to others in this community! Thank you!.

Overview of STD Testing in Lebanon

Who should get tested for STDs?

Everyone who is sexually active should consider getting tested for STDs, especially those with multiple sexual partners or those who do not consistently use protection during sexual activity. Individuals who have had unprotected sex, shared needles for drug use, or have symptoms of an STD should also get tested. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends annual testing for sexually active women under 25, men who have sex with men, and those with HIV.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for STDs is crucial for maintaining good health. Many STDs do not show symptoms, so regular testing is the only way to know for sure if you have an STD. Early detection and treatment can prevent long-term health problems, such as infertility, cancer, and organ damage. According to the CDC, getting tested also helps prevent the spread of STDs to others.
