My visit there was very, very good. The doctors excellent he took his time and he discussed everything that I needed to know he did not rush me out the door. That’s what it used to be, but it hasn’t been like that for a long time so I give them a five star rating.

I had a great experience with both of them. Unfortunately, the office had a strong air freshener which made it challenging to breathe.

I hurt my back and shoulder exercising. I used a chiropractor and home remedies but they didn't help. I am so thankful that urgent Care is no longer walk in. Scheduling is so easy. Filling the forms didn't take, I had to do it twice. The front office was great. I felt listened to. The doctor or PA prescribed me muscle relaxer.

Called to schedule an appt for my husband and was able to have an appt within 25 minutes. Was greeted as soon as we arrived, had a short wait then was taken in for reason for visit and vitals . She was excellent with a good sense of humor. Saw PA Jennifer who was very thorough and took time to explain everything to my husband. We have been there 3 or 4 times when we couldn't get an appt with our PCP and they have been excellent. We would highly recommend Next Gen Urgent Care.

I filled out the paperwork on line before arriving at the clinic. When I got there, I checked in right away and waited about 10 minutes before being called. The staff were friendly and the office was clean. I was seen by Melissa who listened to my issues and got right to the point. She was friendly and thorough. Prescribed me the medication I needed and I was on my way. In and out in about 25 minutes. I would highly recommend this provider.
