My child has a recurring skin infection and it was much easier to schedule an appointment with urgent care than try to get into the doctor office. The staff are always friendly. They are able to provide the exact amount of my co-pay so I can pay them on the spot. The nurse and PA answered all our questions. I was especially grateful that the PA understood and recommended a prescription that would allow us to treat the infection instead of returning for multiple future visits.

I hurt my back and shoulder exercising. I used a chiropractor and home remedies but they didn't help. I am so thankful that urgent Care is no longer walk in. Scheduling is so easy. Filling the forms didn't take, I had to do it twice. The front office was great. I felt listened to. The doctor or PA prescribed me muscle relaxer.

Woke up with shortness of breath this morning and chest pain when breathing, I was able to get a walk in appointment and didn’t have to wait too long. I only met with the provider for about 5 minutes or less and didn’t really feel like my concerns were dealt with and ended up having to go to the emergency room later that evening.

Woke up with a red swollen eyelid. Called Next Care and got an appointment that afternoon. My scheduled appointment was 1:25 and I didn’t get to see the doctor until 2:30. The staff and doctors were very nice. The waiting area was full and very warm. A long time to wait when you are in a room full of sick people.
