I had problems with the online scheduling. The system kept logging me in under a family member’s name. I ended up using pen and paper. The triage nurse and doctor were fantastic. I had a great experience with both of them. Unfortunately, the office had a strong air freshener which made it challenging to breathe.

My child has a recurring skin infection and it was much easier to schedule an appointment with urgent care than try to get into the doctor office. The staff are always friendly. They are able to provide the exact amount of my co-pay so I can pay them on the spot. The nurse and PA answered all our questions. I was especially grateful that the PA understood and recommended a prescription that would allow us to treat the infection instead of returning for multiple future visits.

A friend got hospitalized with covid. Due to close contact and having a cough, runny nose, and fatigue after soending time with her, I was concerned that I caught it. Getting seen at this location was extremely easy. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My PA was amazing. Her people skills combined with professionalism are outstanding.
