The medical professional I saw Julia Ferrara PA was great. The front desk receptionist was nice but not very professional talked about morning gossip. I heard someone (staff) I was first patient and was told no one was here yet and had to wait ( I was early so that was fine) coughing terribly in the back of the office - he or she sounded awful and for an urgent care didn’t like hearing that. Maybe should have stayed at home like I did.

I went in due knee injury from a bike wreck. Easy making an appointment and got right in and was only to here little over an hour and that included X-ray..the Dr give me a slip for work. But work said no due to 90% of day was to be sitting and all I needed was sit as needed...so waiting on Dr to rewrite the paper so I can go back to work as I can't afford to miss any work I will return here for any other issue

My first time at Guidewell today made a lasting impression on me. From my phone conversation with receptionist, the ease at scheduling appt, the quick response time for that appt, I was already impressed. Wait time at the office was minimal; Katherine (ARNP) was so caring, gentle and kind. She listened to everything I told her, and made the decision for me to have X-RAYS taken. After having this procedure done, Katherine came back into the room and made some great recommendations for me to follow through with. Walked in off the street, filled out the paperwork, waited for a few minutes and was taken back and had my vitals taken and then put in a clean pleasant room. I barely sat down and I was immediately seen. A very nice assistant saw me and diagnosed the problem and wrote me directions and I was escorted to the door. I was told have to have a good day and I left. I would return and recommend to someone else.😊
