Smashed my finger under a Kitchen Aid mixer. It immediately swelled, bruised and was extremely painful. Thought I broke it. Waited for 2.5 hours before being seen due to staff shortages that day. Other than waiting, people are always nice and friendly when I utilize the facility.

I will say, time and time again, this is my go to place for any kind of testing. I never have to wait, I usually schedule a day or two before and am often seen early due to no one being there. Staff and providers are super friendly, helpful, and extremely quick with what they need to do which allows for less time waiting in the exam rooms.
