We needed an Urgent Care late last night, and this was the only place that answered the phone with a real person and a friendly voice. We told them we were coming in and after filling out paperwork, they took us right away. It’s a brand new facility everything is clean and bright, and the staff was so friendly. The doctor came in right away and couldn’t be more professional and friendly. We were very grateful to find this facility and to work with staff and doctors that actually care about their patients.

The gentleman at the front desk was animate about not taking me. I was so Sick last night and he said no! Don’t have an urgent care if you are not go to be compassionate! I have followed this urgent care around for 20 years!!! Despicable behaviour!!! Andrea made up for it! But I was still annoyed!

Took my daughter this afternoon to get her ears checked for a possible infection from her earrings. The front desk staff were super friendly , the gentleman that saw us before the doctor was as well. The doctor was awesome. My daughter was super nervous and she made her feel at ease.
