I have never had a more efficient, friendly, respectful, informed or helpful doctor visit. Generally I hate going to the doctor, but this visit was a delight, and feel grateful to be in their care.

Scheduling was easy via Solv, but no coordination between Solv and the office resulted in multiple duplicate bookings and unacceptable wait time.  2:30 appointment confirmed by Solv, actual check-in 4:55.  Staff was friendly and courteous, but front desk staff was overwhelmed.  Provider and staff were prompt once I was checked in and appointment was quick and efficient.  Care and bedside manner were top notch.

So convenient to go on the phone app and find an appointment! Got in early and I don't think I waited 5 minutes before I was taken back. Was in and out in probably 15 minutes or less with a prescription sent to my Pharmacy.

An hour and three quarters wait for a 10 minute visit — filling out paperwork online, only to have to fill out the same paperwork again once in the office , NOT particularly impressive 🙄

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I'm rewriting my review because we were told that we were going to know our covid test in 1-4 hours but we heard nothing and had to drive back the next day to find out it was a standard test instead and we still haven't heard anything a few days later. Also no one answers the phone, at all.

Out nurse Ali was so good with my son, we got right in with our appt, front desk staff were friendly. Out doctor was also lovely and sweet to my son, she was also very understanding and empathetic - as was Ali. We had to get my son tested for COVID due to a high fever at school.

I asked the intake woman if this was the test that was not the rapid test. She said no and described how this was the gold standard test for COVID 29. ( She was reassuring.) My test taker was helpful in that he saw I was struggling and said,”Don’t worry, I’m very gentle.” As one who has had her nose cauterized, I was anxious, but he told me what to expect - 10 second per nostril, so I was prepared. It was uncomfortable, but quick enough. Kudos to the staff for their upbeat attitudes!

It was a great experience. Every station was staffed with welcoming friendly crew members. I appreciated being informed, though free to me, providing insurance helps fund the program. I also appreciated the overall size of testing site. Plenty of room to maneuver, didn't feel like a maze and felt safe to drive through. And, finally, extremely please our results would be available in 48 hours at most and in 24 likely. This alleviated any concerns regarding a later diagnosis might cause. Greatly appreciated the service. Thank you, Rico.

I was impressed with the speed which we got through the whole process. The line was very long and I was sure we would be waiting over an hour. Chick- Fil- A must have been working with them on getting us through so fast because we were done with the whole process in less than 15-20 minutes! The staff who tested us were very kind, quick and efficient. I have worked in healthcare over 10 years and I was impressed with how well they handled the testing situation and the amount of people they were dealing with. We also got our results very quickly! Under 24 hours!

We always come here to get our testing done. The people are great, friendly and fast and we have results before you know it! Wait time is good! The only thing I wish that was different, is I wish there was extended hours of operation to at least 7 PM for the people who do not get off work until 5 PM. I had to take time off work to be able to come in the testing hours.

- Verified patient on 9/28

Everyone at this testing site was very friendly ~ I was a little anxious as this was my 1st covid test. The competency of the staff, immediately erased my fear. The sign up process was easy and the turn around time of the test was amazing... had results less than 12 hours after test ~ grateful to have such a dedicated team working to keep us safe!!!

Honestly the easiest, fastest, simplest testing I and my family have had. Same day appointment. Drove right through. Very Friendly, they swab for you. Compared to rite aide and Walgreens this was THE BEST Experience and set up. Tents with multiple drive through sites vented with filters. in and out in 7 mins. To all the COVID staff working at the Church on the side of the road in Tukwilla, THANK YOU!!

- Verified patient on 9/29

I booked my appointment online. Very fast and easy. The testing was free, as expected. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I really, really, really appreciate the staff that selflessly, dedicatedly, and considerately man this station! Thank you so much for putting yourselves out there and for your part in the fight. May God keep you each safe, and bless you. I also appreciate that you managed to increase your staff and decrease our wait time. Today the teams worked smoothly and efficiently together. Very impressive.

This was my first visit and every aspect of the experience was incredibly positive. The registration and appointment booking process was easy and the drive thru service was quick and efficient. The most notable part of all was the very comforting friendly reception followed by professional medical treatment. Being from out of state I was apprehensive at first and expecting to have to pay for the test, but my concerns were quickly resolved when they advised me that test is “free”. In these troubled times of Covid-19 this was really much appreciated experience. Thank you

This site (the church by the side of the road) was clearly marked by signs that directed you to the walk up or drive thru testing tents. All staff were friendly and professional. I was hesitant to have the test administered by anyone but myself because I was afraid of being injured. I can’t say that the swabbing was painless, but it was as noninvasive as such a test can be.

- Verified patient on 2/24

Everyone was so kind despite the fact that these workers probably have to come into contact to Covid several times a day. They were all doing such a good job. Thank you! Also shoutout to the traffic officer who made my day with that dad joke he told me while I was getting in line. I laughed so hard, was not expecting that at a Covid test site.

- Verified patient on 8/5

The office was spotless. The staff was nice but the CNA said she had to scrape the inside of each of my nostrils 10 times each side in order to get a proper sample for a covid test. Ten times! And it hurt so bad I cried. I had the test once before a year ago and it didn’t take 10 swabs. Maybe she needs go over how to administer the test again. And maybe someone should swab each of her nostrils that far back 10 times so she can tell how bad that feels!

- Verified patient on 4/19

This Covid-19 testing center is extremely quick, aside from it saying online there would be long wait times, we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff were all very helpful and nice. This place is also very well organized which promotes faster services. The only “negative” comment I have is some of the staff had their mask under their nose. This is both dangerous to me but to the person who did the test was exposed to me while conducting the test less than 6 feet. I hope new rules are implemented to help protect the staff from potential Covid-19 positive patients.

- Verified patient on 11/20

It was a very good drive thru experience, we were greeted, directed to the line, one of the volunteers collected and confirmed our info, then we were explained how the testing will be conducted, and then While still seated in our car, a medical professional wearing protective gear asked us to tilt head back so they can do the nose swab. Results will be sent within 24-48 hrs

There was NO signage at the school where the testing took place. It was confusing. I had to get outta car and walk to front door in the pouring rain leaving my super sick child in the car while I walked around trying to figure out if maybe I was at the wrong place or if there was another entrance I was supposed to be at. Another car in the same situation ended up driving away and leaving as they too were unable to locate the testing tent. I located a room at the end of the outdoor corridor with its lights on which caught my attention and I was able to see the testers working. I then drove around the parking lot waited for someone to assist. The gentleman was amazing but getting to him was unorganized.

This was my first Covid test, and my experience could not be improved! I arrived early, but was allowed to be tested, as there weren’t too many before me. Signing up online was a cinch, and those who cared for me were just great. The directions for getting the test results were clear and simple. It all was a great and convenient process! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for the great care!

- Verified patient on 10/8

I had never gotten a COVID test before but I was glad to go here. Even though I was very early for my appointment, they still took me right away. I was checked in and told where to go and what to do. The person who took my swab walked me through the process. If I ever need a test again, I’ll go to the Church by the Side of the Road.

- Verified patient on 9/25

Walk-in, no appointment. Waited outside the tent a bit for 2 people in a group of 3 ahead of me but it was pretty quick. Staff checked my name spelling several times. Check-in staff asked for reason to visit and asked for ID unlike the staff at my first time tested at this same location whom did not ask for ID or reason other than name and phone number. Swabber told will swab for 10 seconds each nostril unlike the first visit too. Overall it’s an improvement (although no line at all for walk-in during last visits). I’m also working at a COVID testing pop-up tent so I understand the routine and challenges all staff on site may have to perform and face regularly. Just hope to reflect my experience honestly as this testing service is important. Very appreciate all the services and big thanks to all staff on site, in the lab and others behind the scene! :)

- Verified patient on 8/10

They were friendly, they were funny, they were quick, they were caring! This was literally the best, least painful, and I might even add most fun time I’ve had at a Covid test! The staff are great! I know it sounds weird to me too but overall it was painless and the staff was very safe and clean while still making the experience great! Thank you!

- Verified patient on 9/16

We had 4 tests done. It was quick. The test taker and others in his tent were very nice. We had a 4 year old getting tested and he made it not so scary for him. I booked online. The only thing I would suggest is the calendar to input policy holder birthday takes a lot of time since you can't input the birthday, you have to scroll back to the year. Our case was *** but I'm sure others go further back. Also, we had to register each person so it was very time consuming. Overall, great first experience !

Holy cats... When you're going to get tested for covid-19, you're already a bit hinky about even the THOUGHT of those wee bits of nastiness floating freely about your body. I was, anyway... The folks at the Church By The Side Of The Road test site, from the guy pointing you and your ride in the right direction, to the person verifying your info, to the poor tester human, well-armed with tube and swab in hand who has to swizzle ooky stuff from the interior of your nostril(s), to the folks waiting in the wings for the next wave of testees... To a one, those good souls will assist you should you be in need, put you at ease (if you're still sorta not cool with the prospect of maybe, perhaps, could-possibly-have contracted the Dread Virus), AND answer any question(s) still rattling about your noggin. But best of all, they are ALL seriously stellar human beans, wanting to get you taken care of, and armed with the info necessary to discover where exactly you stand as far as being on the Yea or Nay side of the fence. If you need to be tested, and you're near Tukwila (or even if you're not), the CBTSOTR test site and its crew of real, live, exceptionally nice humans is a cherry spot to take care of all that. Thanks much!

Tukwila Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
