We enjoy the services provided by the staff and facility and convenience. We’re repeat customers as we like the on-site COVID-19 antigen testing capability. It’s better than other facilities that send tests to an outside lab.

It was so nice, I tested positive for covid and they couldn't have been any better. I didn't rate facility cleanliness because I had to stay in my care

Great experience. They were completely booked but their app made waiting less if a hassle because I was able to go home and come back when it was my time. They were the only place in town that had rapid tests. Also, even though they were extremely busy, they were very friendly and professional.

I didn't see much or have a lot of interaction. I went in for a COVID test. It seemed good from what I saw. I don't have a regular doctor so its nice to have this option!

I would have preferred to be tested in my vehicle and then have the tele conference but this location was the next beat thing. I appreciated this PA Christopher’s professional but personable, respectful, helpful manner. The office lady seemed much more personable, helpful today.

I took my son for a rapid covid test. Everyone was super friendly we waited less than five minutes and were out of there in 15 mins. We will go back the next time we need anything.

Everything went amazing. I had a 6 month old and a 5 year old with fevers and a sore throat. They took us back immediately and were incredibly friendly even though it was so late. The staff was gentle and understanding and the tests came back incredibly fast. No Covid and no strep throat! Thank you for your generosity. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were very careful in Covid testing procedures. Travel tests & forms filled out appropriately for air travel. Thank you!

The nurse seemed kind of cold but the Doctor was really nice and knowledgeable. Thankful she called for state test because of my symptoms.

Very professional and kind staff. We weren’t able to go into the facility due to COVID testing so I’m unable to rate facility cleanliness.

Needed a rapid COVID test. They were amazing, got it the same day. Staff was fantastic!

I was traveling to Montana to care for an elderly family member when I received notification that a person who visited our office the previous week had a positive COVID test. I was very relieved that Urgent Care of Casper had an opening to perform a rapid COVID test.

- Verified patient on 2/25

Easy to get an appointment. Took me right in. Short wait in room before staff came in for history. Quickly got to tests. Results were quick. Doctor followed up with exam and I was back out and on my way. Good experience all around. I would go back. Staff really seemed to be having fun and enjoyed working there.

Even though they were closing in 15 minutes, they still accepted me and stayed late which gave me some peace of mind in being tested and also with receiving antibiotics for the sinus infection.

I couldn't ask for better. Nurse was so gentle with covid test and with shot; PA was extremely knowledgeable and personable.

Best covid test I ever had to have very nice didn't shove the deal up to my brain

- Verified patient on 4/7

I came in first thing at 8:00 am to have a pre-employment drug test. The receptionist was very helpful as was the nurse that actually checked the sample.

- Verified patient on 4/24

The gentleman who did our COVID test was very pleasant, as was the NP who we saw. Overall, we are very pleased.

- Verified patient on 11/3

I waited 2 hours for a COVID test had an appointment at 2:30, and wasn’t taken to the room until after3:00. Wasn’t given the test until after 4:00. I was miserable the whole time and there were two chairs and the place for the provider to sit. Very uncomfortable. Fast results was the only good thing

- Verified patient on 10/16

The dr did not have a good bedside manner. She just jumped right into the diagnosis without a physical exam. I get my child tested positive for covid, but she could have told us the news in a better way. Then I was charged a co pay for basically just a covid test.

Sheridan Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
