Wow - truly blown away by the kindness and politeness of the receptionists/office staff and doctors here. It is Christmas Eve and there is so much sickness going around, we are still in the midst of the Covid pandemic, etc… even with all of that said and these healthcare professionals surely missing their loved ones at home, they had positive attitudes, smiles, and great care-taking. The doctor we saw listened to our concerns and we are so appreciative of her time! Her plan of care was exceptional and gave us the reassurance we needed. I will highly recommend this clinic/urgent care. Even on our way out, the ladies up front were so kind to wish us a Merry Christmas. 🎄 6 out of 5 stars!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟

This was an excellent care facility to get my Covid test. Reception and exam rooms were very clean. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They answered my questions and concerns with utmost knowledge and understanding. I can highly recommend this Ascension Urgent care ❤

This is by far my favorite Urgent Care that I've ever visited. It is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the care and bedside manner is phenomenal. I will never go anywhere else. My wait for a Covid test was 3.5 hours, but that's not their fault at all. By the time I realized that I needed to be tested, there were no more appointments and SO MANY people wanted tests. They were doing the best that they could and with a smile...on Christmas Eve!

Very positive experience. I had an appointment. Highly recommended to avoid long wait. I have gone without appt before and they got me in, but wait was long. Staff from front desk to treatment room are friendly and helpful. Included a follow-up call to ensure I received test results promptly.

The staff was both proficient and friendly and as a new patient I had a great experience because each staff member I encountered made me feel welcomed and valued . I chosed Ascension St Thomas Urgent Care based on the 4.9 ratings online but in my opinion that should be change to a 5.0!

This was my first time at this location and I had a great experience. I was seen within 20 minutes of my appointment time and the NP I saw was so kind and compassionate and answered all my many questions. I highly recommend Ascension urgent care- my experiences there have been far better than my experiences at my GP.

Went in for like w blood pressure and constant diarrhea. Offered no medicine and asked for stool samples. These were given. Given paper on diarrhea. No information I didn’t already know. Called today and told wait a WEEK for test results. Not told that at appointment. No Urgency at urgent care.

The receptionist had the best personality and it was refreshing! Don’t see that anywhere anymore. I keep returning to this clinic because of the staff. They take the time to listen, discuss my symptoms, how I feel then discuss a plan to for a recovery. I don’t feel rushed but get a complete visit each time. My PCP doesn’t even give me this! This office is the BEST!!

Every single person, starting with the receptionist, was very nice. I am very pleased with my visit. In this day and time , it's hard to find good doctors and good staff. The doctor explained everything in good detail. My primary doctor is on vacation, and I would have delayed going to the doctor. As a patient, I often feel like I am not being heard. I am glad that I had a splendid experience here. Everyone was so patient and understanding. I am so impressed. I can truly tell they have a heart for patient care. I would love to say thank you again!
