My husband and I went there to be tested for COVID. The wait was long but was to be expected considering it was a Saturday and New Year's day. The staff were very pleasant!

This was the perfect place and people to get my testing done. Will tell all my friends

I was able to schedule an appointment online and made this the fastest urgent care visit ever. Staff were very sweet.

While I had my mom here, I enquired if they could give my covid booster to me. They promptly checked me in and took care of it. Nothing but good things to say about the care we received today.

Extremely friendly staff! I was able to make a same day appointment, fill out all paperwork and pay online! So when arriving it was such a smooth process, short wait time and very kind staff! Doctor Sandy was very knowledgeable and made my kids feel very comfortable while she conducted the exam.

Exposed to COVID, but must have proof I’m negative. I went in for a test and in and out in record time with a negative piece of proof. Back to work for me!

The whole experience was amazing. I dread doctor’s visits - between the cost and typical subpar care, I go as a last resort. Today wasn’t any different; I was not looking forward to the visit. However, everything from start to finish was great. I scheduled the appointment online. The front desk manager, Robbi, was phenomenal. Check-in was a breeze. The wait wasn’t long at all. They may have been MAYBE 10-15 mins off from my appointment time. In their defense, I was advised to show up 10 mins early, but showed up right on time. The NP, Scott (Richard) Savage was awesome! He explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease. I’m sure I was rambling but he listened and addressed all of my concerns. Oh! Can’t forget the lady that took my nose swab for the COVID test - I can’t remember her name. But, she was great as well! Overall great experience. I won’t visit any other Urgent Care clinic!

The provider and staff were very quick and nice. They were friendly and talkative and not rude. They had me out the door pretty quick after the long wait time. But that's to be expected at an urgent care.

The first person I encountered wasn’t as friendly but another person came up and she was Very Friendly and Helpful, Also the person that drew my blood was Awesome! Thanks

I was having difficulty obtaining a COVID test. Finally called Baptist hospital and reception recommended Urgent Care. The staff was wonderful and I will definitely recommend Urgent Care to others. They were efficient, kind and relieved my anxieties.

My daughter and I both were tested for covid and I ask for diagnosis for other possible sickness. I received x-rays and was given medication for pneumonia. My daughter has the very same symptoms and the doctor never even listened to her lungs and she received no medications. There are anti-virus medications and I believe it is a crime that none can be prescribed by doctors because they are a cure that would prevent a vaccine

Went for a Covid Test for a Cruise. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. A very speedy procedure with quick results! Would recommend!

I came in with a sore throat and a lose of voice. Assuming I had COVID or strep I decided to go to Baptist Health Urgent Care on Zero Street, Fort Smith AR. The nurse who took my blood pressure and swabbed for test was very nice. Sadly I didn’t get to catch her name. Though the nurse practitioner Scott was amazing during my appointment. He was very friendly, caring and professional. Unfortunately I was confirmed positive with COVID and there isn’t much you can do with a viral infection. He was nice enough to prescribe me some medication to help with my aching sore throat. The only downsides to my visit today was the wait time but when you have so many people walking in, you’re expected to wait longer. Also, the app seems to be glitched out, after I checked in I could see the wait list and what position I’m in. The app decides to not give me the link to check on it after an hour or so past. All in all, I had a wonderful experience. A reminder to all the health workers that you’re doing an amazing job!

Great care always. I use them quite frequently for the needs my daughters PCP is unable to get to in a timely manner and they are ALWAYS nice & efficient. Check is very smooth & thought out. Mary is always sweet to my girl. Definitely recommend. Wait time is long currently but that’s because there’s 100 people needing to be tested for covid there & they can only go so fast. When it’s not covid season the wait time is always very minimal!!

I was there when it opened, so my wait time was very minimal. I was surprised however that my vital signs were not taken. The nurse practitioner didn’t tell me if I had strep or no.
