I felt that the wait time for my appointment was rather long considering I had an appointment. It took over 2 hours for me to be seen. However, I understand this is largely out of the staff control, and apart from that I had one of my best experiences at this urgent care tonight. The doctors who I interacted with were thorough and asked me several questions to help develop a course of treatment as well as next steps if my symptoms don’t improve. Usually at this urgent care I feel like I’m in and out with no real benefit, but tonight was different and I had a great experience.

The provider who a Nick, was polite and friendly with my child who had to be tested for covid. It was a pleasant experience for an unpleasant illness. We would recommend service here.

Everyone at HH Urgent Care was very nice and the building was spotless. I will definitely use this facility again.

The receptionist at the front desk was great and helped me get checked in and I was taken back very quickly. The Nurse and the Nurse Practitioner were AMAZING and really took time to listen to my symptoms and prescribe something that would help me get well. Best urgent care I've ever been to, thank you!!!

We have been going to HH Urgent Care since they opened and are alway happy with the quality of care. We really like David and nursing staff. Very happy with HH Urgent Care.

Went in to get a PCR test for travel. Walked in the lady up front was amazing, explained very thing to me and get me in for a test. The person who performed the test was also amazing. Explained everything to me and was very efficient. I would recommend ***x over.

This by far is one of the best urgent care facilities in town. The staff was professional and kind. 5 star quality hands down

If COVID would ever settle down, I would change my primary care clinic to Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care in Bailey Cove Rd.

Great! Clean place, pleasant staff, and reasonable wait time for the number of people in the waiting room. I would recommend this clinic for those reasons. I plan on making this my go-to clinic for urgent care.

Today was my first visit. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. No one was in the waiting room when I arrived. Including an X RAY, my visit lasted about 45-60 minutes. I definitely recommend the new Urgent Care on Bailey Cove to residents of South HSV.
