I was a walk in. The receptionist was very nice and friendly . All areas I went into was very clean. The CNP was very thorough and professional . I will definitely use this Urgent Care again . Thank you for being in Florence Al !

This was my first time here but if I need urgent care again I'll go here again. The wait time was short, the staff was very friendly and caring, and it was very clean.

Hannah, CRNP was great and the MA was very nice also. The front desk clerk (Jasmine?) could use some communication skills. Walked in at 5:15pm, four people waiting in front of me. I was told that I couldn’t get a covid test because it was too late (almost insinuated that I leave) … wasn’t there for a covid test, just wanted to be seen. They closed at 8pm. At least two people were turned down to be seen after me… not sure why if they didn’t close until 8. As an affiliate employee of HH, I was confused by what was going on and why people were being turned away at such an early time. Maybe there was more behind the scenes that I didn’t see, I sure hope so.

Nurse and doctor are so friendly.. only thing the lady working the waiting room also very nice and helpful but several of the patients that came in did not have a mask on and asking to be Covid tested. I think it should be Inforced. The lady working the check in desk never ask them to put one on. Other than that it was perfect

My first visit. Was seen quickly and was impressed with the attitude and professionalism of all employees. Will come again the next time I need urgent care!

Their NP was amazing! I went on Saturday and was in and out in less than an hour! I can't thank them enough for getting me better. If you ever need an urgent care, let this be your first choice!

I am very pleased with this facility. The staff is very friendly, the doctor was exceptional and everything very clean. The wait time was less than 10 min. I would highly recommend Urgent Care in Florence.

My wife and I walked in for COVID tests, front desk lady was extremely polite and helpful. It was my wife’s second visit and my first. After a short wait we were taken back and had the most delightful experience(except for nose thing). We could not have been treated better!!

I stopped after driving for the better part of the whole day from Florida do you to severe cold/flu symptoms that had lingered for the past 10 days while I have been packing my home to make a Florida to Alabama move. Everyone was courteous and very prompt to treat my symptoms, send Prescriptions To the drugstore. I feel much better tonight. I will use urgent care again if I need to do

I arrived at the urgent care about an hour before the closing time. The staff was very welcoming and did not make me feel rushed. I appreciate the care they gave to my son. Very kind and patient.

I am a momma of two little girls one 3 and one 6 months. I had to bring my 6 month old because I work all week so I couldn’t take her to her normal pediatrician. Of course my 3 year old was with me because well she’s always with us!❤️ The lady at the front desk went out of her way to make me feel right at home, and even occupied my 3 year old, paid attention to her, listen to her when she talked to her(she talks a lot). She was a very nice person which helped my anxiety of bringing my 6 month old to the doctor. So it started out great then the nurse was very nice as well that took us back, last but not least Courtney is great. She took care of my 3 year old when she was a baby so when I heard she was working here after already knowing I was coming was just perfect. It was a the best experience I could have asked for given the circumstances. You have great people working for you! Thank you to all of them.

The waiting area was clean and open, the receptions was sweet and patient with me. NP Ashley and the X-ray tech were very helping with questions and very polite during my appointment. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of urgent care.

went in for the crud, got tested for covid (and it wasn’t painful), and got a steroid shot which was given very gently and didn’t hurt :)
