We were both sick on New Year’s Day. Lots of sick people, and no one wants to go to the ER. My sore throat was bad enough for me to worry about strep. Our regular urgent care facility was closed without any announcement. We stopped at two other facilities and saw long lines and hopeless faces. When I walked into your facility, it was crowded, as was the parking lot. Nevada, the receptionist, was friendly and unperturbed. She told us we could fill out papers in our car. When I asked about the wait, she said 3 hours, but somehow I believed your facility was worth the wait. We went home close by, checked in twice, and then Nevada told us to come in. We were in the lobby a short while, sat in the exam room a while, met a nice nurse, got tested for strep, met Cindy the Nurse Practitioner, got happy results, and went home. Keep up the good work. Do whatever you need to do to keep such cheerful staff on a holiday!

Today was my first visit. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. No one was in the waiting room when I arrived. Including an X RAY, my visit lasted about 45-60 minutes. I definitely recommend the new Urgent Care on Bailey Cove to residents of South HSV.

I’m at urgent care Things have changed for the worse I’m no longer coughing but new symptoms I can’t turn my neck in any direction , so painful Bottom of my back is hurting so much I went to chiropractor yesterday and she adjusted the neck and upper left side of shoulder It all started hurting about 10 and got worse through out the night I’ve had to take an Uber because I don’t think I could even drive Just texting with my left fore finger is painful! I was seen before 3pm and the prescriptions were supposed to have been sent to the pharmacy but as of 5:40pm the pharmacy still had not received the prescription from the doctor and the pharmacy closes at 6pm. Won’t be starting the medication tonight.
