There was a 5 hour wait for a covid test today but once I was in things were wonderful. Great caring staff!!

Ascension St Thomas Urgent Care is THE best place for quick care in Donelson. The appointment scheduling and check-in process are easy. Lindsey and the rest of the staff are top-notch. The quality of care is unmatched. It’s comforting to know the clinic is close by and has flexible hours.

As a walk in for a rapid Covid test they were able to get to me today with a 1 1-2 hours. All other places I tried was going to be 5-10 days.

This was my first visit to the Gallatin Urgent Care- no complaints at all - 5 STARS!!

Wow - truly blown away by the kindness and politeness of the receptionists/office staff and doctors here. It is Christmas Eve and there is so much sickness going around, we are still in the midst of the Covid pandemic, etc… even with all of that said and these healthcare professionals surely missing their loved ones at home, they had positive attitudes, smiles, and great care-taking. The doctor we saw listened to our concerns and we are so appreciative of her time! Her plan of care was exceptional and gave us the reassurance we needed. I will highly recommend this clinic/urgent care. Even on our way out, the ladies up front were so kind to wish us a Merry Christmas. 🎄 6 out of 5 stars!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟

Very positive experience. I had an appointment. Highly recommended to avoid long wait. I have gone without appt before and they got me in, but wait was long. Staff from front desk to treatment room are friendly and helpful. Included a follow-up call to ensure I received test results promptly.

I went in for a Covid test. Everyone was real nice . They got back in a room quickly and did the fast test. Not long the nurse practitioner came in. Examined my throat, ears and listen to my lungs.

Great location. Staff is absolutely fantastic. Whenever I need urgent care this is always going to be my first choice. Organized and efficient. Thank you for your service.

Very pleased with Urgent Care! Needed to have my ears cleaned ! Wax build up! Nurse Jennifer and Dr. were excellent. So happy was able to get immediate relief! I certainly will use when needed! Thanks for kindness and excellent care.

This Urgent Care is superior in every way. The facility is clean and appealing, and the staff is professional, informative, and caring from the receptionist to the Doctor. I am so grateful for this facility, and this is my fourth visit for myself and/or family member!

This is the first time I have used Saint Thomas Urgent Care and it was an excellent experience.

The staff was both proficient and friendly and as a new patient I had a great experience because each staff member I encountered made me feel welcomed and valued . I chosed Ascension St Thomas Urgent Care based on the 4.9 ratings online but in my opinion that should be change to a 5.0!

This was a Covid PCR test as we transit outside the US on vacation. My only real comment is you need to get rid of the pdf version of the new patient info form. Doing that yesterday, then having to transcribe the info, was inconvenient as anything.

This is really a nice urgent care. Everything was efficient and easy and the dr I saw was very thorough and caring. I will definitely choose this facility again.

From now on I will ONLY go Ascension Urgent Care. The staff, Drs, and nurses go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and give the best medical advise. Not once did I feel judged and they truly do care. I will bring my kids and family without a question. Ad an older pregnant mom, they were so helpful. Above and beyond any other clinic and ER. I was very pleased with the care I received at Ascension St Thomas Urgent Care. I walked in without an appointment and was in and out in an hour including new patient paperwork. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely go there again and recommend them
