Wow - truly blown away by the kindness and politeness of the receptionists/office staff and doctors here. It is Christmas Eve and there is so much sickness going around, we are still in the midst of the Covid pandemic, etc… even with all of that said and these healthcare professionals surely missing their loved ones at home, they had positive attitudes, smiles, and great care-taking. The doctor we saw listened to our concerns and we are so appreciative of her time! Her plan of care was exceptional and gave us the reassurance we needed. I will highly recommend this clinic/urgent care. Even on our way out, the ladies up front were so kind to wish us a Merry Christmas. 🎄 6 out of 5 stars!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟

Very positive experience. I had an appointment. Highly recommended to avoid long wait. I have gone without appt before and they got me in, but wait was long. Staff from front desk to treatment room are friendly and helpful. Included a follow-up call to ensure I received test results promptly.

This Urgent Care is superior in every way. The facility is clean and appealing, and the staff is professional, informative, and caring from the receptionist to the Doctor. I am so grateful for this facility, and this is my fourth visit for myself and/or family member!

The staff was both proficient and friendly and as a new patient I had a great experience because each staff member I encountered made me feel welcomed and valued . I chosed Ascension St Thomas Urgent Care based on the 4.9 ratings online but in my opinion that should be change to a 5.0!

From now on I will ONLY go Ascension Urgent Care. The staff, Drs, and nurses go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and give the best medical advise. Not once did I feel judged and they truly do care. I will bring my kids and family without a question. Ad an older pregnant mom, they were so helpful. Above and beyond any other clinic and ER. Thank you, Ladies!

Very satisfied on this our 2nd visit to your Urgent Care & just as pleased, satisfied & thankful for the care/attention we received this time as the first!!! Even though we got there toward the end of their day & they were still very busy, we didn't feel like we were getting just "rushed through " to get out!!! The sweet girl up front & the tech came out to the car & helped me get my husband out as he had gout in both feet & couldn't walk & they also helped him back in the car!! I really appreciated that!!! The NP seemed likewise very caring & knowledgeable while still listening to our concerns/my husband's history/etc.!! If we need any of the services they offer again, even though I hope it's a while off, you know, we will DEFINITELY return there!! Please thank them again for us!! Thank you all for the care & opportunity to express our view on our experience !!

I didn't feel any time was put into figuring out what was wrong. I spent a total of 5 minutes with the NP and was sent on my way. I came in with a sore throat and pain on that side of my face. He took a quick look and said it didn't look like strep and asked if I wanted to take a covid test and that was pretty much it. I cannot say if the cost was what I expected as I have not received a bill.

I always have a great experience with Ascension. I have visited the Madison, Gallatin and Springfield locations for COVID testing. I have also been in for other reasons where my symptoms addressed, diagnosed and treated in timely manner. I never feel like I am rushed in and out and I feel like person not a number.

A friend of ours recommended Saint Thomas Urgent Care to us a few months ago. This is the 2nd time I’ve taken my kids here. Both times we’ve seen Amanda and both visits were exceptional! All staff were very kind, respectful & gave clear instructions. From the simple online checkin process of filling out everything in advance to being called back within 5min of arrival both times. No one likes going to the doctor, especially when they don’t feel well, but this location made the entire experience more pleasant. So for all of the reasons above, we will be back next time we’re ill. If you’re needing an urgent care clinic in the area, I highly recommend Saint Thomas!
