Short Wait Time

The front staff and medical assistant were very nice. They always have a short wait time which is a plus. However the physician I had was clearly in a rush and not really interested in listening to me concerns. She also called in my prescription under the wrong name and it took over an hour to sort it out at the pharmacy.

Naya was very friendly, and did an excellent job of taking the Covid test. This wasn’t my first one. And I have had other people who made this test very painful. By sticking the q tip up my nose way too far! I would definitely come here again if I ever need another test! It’s nice to have a testing center in town also!

I had an appointment for 855 for my Covid test I arrived at 8:20 I was not taken care of until *** I suggest that if you say 855 try to make close to that. But otherwise the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. There was no cost

Dr.Oliveros was amazing he treated my kids and my self with respect, he was very knowledgeable and helped my kids feel better, tested for all different things to find what was wrong. Great place , amazing Dr. and Alondra the medical assistant was amazing!!

The staff was so friendly and very helpful as he understood my urgent situation for a rapid test. He patiently guided us through the sampling steps and reassure us the follow up steps if in any case we might need to track our report. Definitely recommend this place compare to the other free Covid places!

I had my test done at your Bolingbrook site. The person who provided the test kit Syed was very helpful, friendly and he helped me to fill out the form online. I received my PCR test result by email as promised by the end of next day free of charge. My only concern was I had the first appointment at 9AM and the staff didn't show up until 9:35AM. They apologized for the delay. Apparently they encountered heavy traffic that morning. Other than that, I am very satisfied with their service and intend to use their service again in future.

When I arrived, there were about 10 cars in front of me. About 15 minutes later, it was my turn to get tested. Another 15 minutes later, and I had my rapid antigen test results. No complaints considering I set up an appointment about 90 minutes prior to showing up

The young men who do the testing are always really nice and professional. This is the 2nd time I've been here this week, since being exposed to Covid last weekend. They are so pleasant and the wait times are always short, even thought I did not have an appt this time. I went through the drive-through.

Took us in when so many places turned us away. Very clean! Laura, the nurse practitioner, has great bedside manner and was very sweet. The nurse who did the COVID testing was great and patient with our little guys. There was a short wait but nothing like I’ve seen elsewhere. Will definitely be back here in the future, worth the drive for us.

Great experience getting my daughter her first Covid test. We pulled right up for our scheduled appointment. The rapid test was processed while we completed the paperwork for her PCR test. Staff was super friendly and efficient. This will be my new go-to place for Covid testing

Need to be tested for Covid-19, I have/had some type of cold/flu, but needed to show my work, that it wasn't Covid-19 related. Was still waiting on a test results from 3 days prior test. Was scheduled, visited and got the results in a mater of hours. The staff was great, in taking care of me and answering any questions. Not to mention, receiving the results before the other practice, and knowing what I did actually have.

- Verified patient on 5/13

The staff at this location is so hardworking! We explained that my daughter needed to get to a class on time and asked if I could come back to pick up the results after testing her and dropping her off at school. Not only did the staff allow it, but they hurried to test her. They were very kind and accommodating!

Everyone was Very nice and caring. I was very nervous and the man who was doing the test was super supportive. Very efficient. Not that I ever want to have to get another covid test but this is where I will go and highly recommend.

The gentleman conducting the test was kind, attentive, and provided clear instructions on how to complete the rapid and PCR tests. He also provided information on who to contact should my PCR results take anymore than a day or so to come back. Overall pleasant experience.

- Verified patient on 10/3

The young lady who administered the test with so friendly and welcoming. It took less than 5 minutes we're at the immediate Care Center I was looking at a 2 and 1/2 to 3 hour wait in a room 30 people waiting to be tested.

- Verified patient on 8/13

This was a drive thru, fast and efficient. On the downside, they told me to put my nose swab back in the bag and there was no test tube for it?? Seemed odd. Haven’t gotten results back yet and it was unclear how they would be coming? Tried to call the line but it went straight to voicemail.

- Verified patient on 12/29

Quick, efficient, and above all considerate. We had two rapid 15 minute tests done, one with an appointment and one without, and both were promptly done with consummate professionalism. The staff was warm and helpful, and made us feel safe.

Bolingbrook Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
