It has always been hard to get in here, because wait times are so long, but when I broke my finger they got me in right away and took care of me so well. The X-ray techs was beyond nice and the doctor was very knowledgeable and honest when he didn’t know something…recommended a specialist. This is the best Indigo experience I’ve ever had. I’ll return here if I need an urgent care visit.
Great experience, super gracious staff all around even swamped by demand with Covid testing and dealing with high volume of walk ups like me. Being able to check my appointment waitlist status in Solv and not need to spend all day on site hoping to make the cutoff is 👍👍👍 - all healthcare appointments should be like this.
My kids go here since they were born. Good staff and cleanliness.
Lately we need COVID testing and we get our test back very quickly.
The wait time was fairly fast too so we r happg
I was a walk in on the first day open after New Years - the clinic was slammed with Covid testing. I checked in and went home to receive a text to come back six hours later. I understand why the delay and was happy to go home rather than sit and wait. Interactions were all positive and professional. I recommend.
I’m a multicare employee, I did the online visit for employee exposure and went in, waited in line 10-15 minutes then front desk gal took my info and shortly after they got me right back and I was done with my swab! The only thing that made me rub my head is: why would us that are coming in with covid symptoms be mixed up with those there for a Covid test to travel? Seems silly to me, the urgent care should be for sick people not healthy people mixed with some seriously sick people!! Anyhow pretty sure it is just what it is at this point and time. Very thankful for my great quick service so I could get back home and rest! Thank you!
This clinic is always my first choice for urgent care needs. I couldn’t get an appointment for my Covid test so I was told to show up the following morning upon opening, and got registered and called when they were ready for me. Excellent system!!
Everything was wonderful. The staff including our doctor, Sarah, were all amazing to my kids and myself. The only downside was no soap in the bathroom.

I was a walk-in for a Covid test. The staff members were all kind and helpful. I only waited an hour and a half for my test which I consider excellent for the high demand and a Sunday.
Sarah Brainerd was amazing with myself and my children while we waiting to get our covid tests done. She talked my kids through the process and her nurse was fantastic as well
My experience was pretty good. The nursing staff and doctors were lovely. The front office Consierge was super focused on the paper work side of the house that she got short with me whenI asked her what I thought was a relevant question. I don’t think she meant to be short but when a person is not feeling well, the mantra from the providers should be “people first”. What happened was that because of my symptoms, I qualified for a rapid test. She told me that I would receive my results within 24 hours. I curiously said to her “I thought this was a rapid test” and she impatiently said: “there are a lot of people ahead of you”. I felt the comment sting a bit and pushed back by saying “you did not have to be rude/short”. She then went on to explain that the Poulsbo branch only has one testing machine. Once that was explained to me, it made sense. My point is. Is that slowing down, offering eye contact, and kindly explaining that information up front would have saved me from asking what, to her, appeared to be a dumb question. It made me feel stupid - especially because there were other guests in the lobby. I am pretty certain that the other guests standing there would have liked an answer to my question. To be fair, she was really efficient and I think she was doing a good job and her best. I am merely sharing this as “coaching & learning” opportunity - as a Consierge, she is the window to your company. What the patient sees, hears, and feels at the front desk is as powerful as the care they receive behind a closed door. The young lady that helped me has it mostly right - it would help her to always remember that each person that walks through that door has a story and, they may not know Indigo’s story. It is her job to educate and put the patients at ease.
Even so, I would recommend the clinic. I realize that everyone is under a lot of stress. Thank you all for your support and help today with me and my girls.
The staff at the Indigo at Bonney Lake are excellent They are friendly, professional, and obviously care about their patients. I would definitely recommend this Indigo to everyone.
I came for MultiCare Covid test due to exposure, so it was a nurse only visit. She was fabulous! Wait time was short. She thoroughly explained test (new bristles on collection swab, which could— and did—cause more burning than other cotton swab).
My 2 year old woke up with a fever and cough. I called ahead and they put me on the walk-in list while I drove over. We were seen within 15 minutes, service was quick and efficient - we were back on the car in under a hour. They were so so friendly, gentle, and patient with my sick toddler. The space was super clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend!
Had throat infection and mild fever for two days and decided to check it out here. It was very easy to schedule and then even reschedule the appointment times. The wait times could be better but other than that everything was very good. Would definitely recommend
Check in staff and office were amazing. Very clean and friendly. Issue was the wait time of the actual appointment. I had an appointment for 9 am, did the pre-check in, uploaded all my docs, and got to the office at 8:50 am. Paid the copay and just waited to get to the room. Nurse did the check in (she was very nice), and then i waited and waited for the caregiver, about 25-30 minutes of waiting. And then after talking to the caregiver for less than 5 minutes, she said she had an idea and left the room. Did not hear back again for another 25+ minutes until i walked to the lobby and asked if I was supposed to just wait further. I have a very long work day and waiting incessantly was horribly annoying. Turns out I was forgotten about and I just needed to be given a piece of paper with pharmaceutical instructions. Literally wasted so much time. It felt about 90% of this process was waiting for the caregiver, extraordinarily frustrating. Especially when they don't tell you how long you're going to wait, you just wait and wait and wait. It seriously felt like talking to ChatGPT was easier. I even knew the pharmaceutical drug I needed, its just that it has to go through prescription. I can not wait till this is no longer a part of the health care experience.
Experience is always a 10 star! Ease of making a same day appointment, zero to 10min wait time, friendly staff and NP's I've never been dissapointed! This place is better than any doctor office I've been to! Bedside manner is over the top which is my #1 priority! They are simply the best!
I called the clinic to ask about an appt because of my granddaughter's eye problem. There were no appts available, however Mi-lihn (sp?) was so helpful & explained about walking in. We did not have to wait long. The staff was very courteous & friendly. The PA had a great bedside manner & made sure my granddaughter understood everything. This is not her first time there. The clinic is very consistent with its service. A nice medical clinic to go to. Would recommend going here.
Woke up early am with a sever stomach ache, vomiting, and diarrhea. Ended up with chest pain. Was able to get an appointment on line for 8:15. Arrived at 8:00. Got checked in right away and got looked at quickly. Diagnosis was spot on and prescription worked fantastic. Everyone was professional and personable. It was a great experience overall.
All I can say is, the staff is wonderful! Kiara, extremely pleasant, probably the best medical assistant I’ve ever met! Dr. Moh, really easy to talk to about my health problems, even though they were small. Kiyana, made checking in super easy, no hassle. Overall I was there for about 40 minutes, I strongly suggest making an appointment, even though walk ins are welcome (not for sure how long the wait is for walk ins).
The assistant and/or nurse didn’t seem particularly comfortable working with kids, and the provider came across as overly aggressive and lacking patience with scared, anxious children. My son was resistant to the oral and ear exams, and I felt the provider was too forceful in their approach, focusing on “getting the job done” rather than handling the situation with care. While I understand the need to complete the examination, a bit more patience and understanding would have been greatly appreciated, especially given how ill, tired, and frightened my child already was.
Very helpful friendly staff. Identified my issue quickly once in exam room. 3 emergencies coincided my visit, wondering why the don't go to hospital emergency.
Scheduling for the following day was easy. I confirmed my appointment and arrived on time. Checking in was seamless as they had my Insurance information. The practictioner diagnosed my issue quickly and sent a prescription to my pharmacist. Everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend Indigo Urgent Care. They are very professional, supportive and do things right.
I needed to get in the same day. The waiting list was approximately 3-4 hours out, so they took my name and sent me home until they had an opening. It wound up being only about 1.5 hours to wait and I was able to do so in the comfort of my home. Once I arrived, I was in and out in 30 minutes. Staff was great!
I called due to my son having ear pain- they were booked up but scheduled me for the afternoon and said I could still try walking in. I got there and they very quickly checked me in and got us seen in under 5 minutes. The Dr did not keep us waiting for more than 5-10 minutes and was able to diagnose and get us out quickly. The dr was amazing with my 5 year old and made jokes and made it fun for him. They listened to our concerns and requests and I am very grateful for them! I would recommend anyone check them out.
My provider and medical assistant were so nice and amazing! I was really scared about what I’m going through that it’s a miscarriage and they were just so sweet and so kind! And very caring. I would give a 20 out of 10!!
