Staff was extremely friendly and professional, despite a very large workload from walk-in patients. Another location may need to be added in Gig Harbor to alleviate the patient load. (Or, this might have just been a post-holiday surge on a Monday morning.). The wait time as a walk-in patient was long (several hours), but I WAS seen the same day.

After searching 5 pharmacies for a covid home test, I stood In tearful desperation at their front doors in need of having my 10 yr old daughter tested for covid 19 on Christmas eve, they genuinely showed great compassion and kindness and squeezed her in right away for a rapid covid test. I loved the fact that as a walk in, I could go home and be altered when it was time to come in. All the staff were wonderful from the front desk, to our intake to our visit with the PA. The check in process for the walk in clinic was quick and simple. I waited in the lobby for only about 10 minutes. Once in the back the nurse was so kind and very personable! She listened and really wanted to understand what I had come in for! She offered advice to make the COVID text a little more bearable. It worked too! I then had to wait for the PA/DR. When she came in, she apologized for “my wait.” In reality it was all very quick. I came in for a test and came out with my results, for COVID and both strains of Influenza, in a very timely manner! The staff was courteous from start to finish! Thank you so much for the time and courtesy!

As a mom of young kids, I spend my fair share of time in clinics, all of which consistently meet my expectations. But our care at indigo on the evening of Dec. 8th was exceptional, truly exceeding all expectations for care and experience. Could I even say enjoyable!? The receptionist was friendly and prompt and our nurse was out of this world. She addressed my young son as her patient in a way that was understandable, appropriate, and comforting for him. The PA explained a clear and reasonable timeline for when to hear back from her and referred us to easily get our results online (so easy!).

When I went in for the appointment, I was greeted by friendly smiles. Front staff was awesome. They were very helpful and communicated very well about my paperwork. I had literally zero wait time in the lobby, as well as in the exam room after the physicians assistant took vitals, etc. The physician came in just a minute ir two after her assistant left. My physician was very thorough and informative during the exam. She ordered PT, x-rays, and even told me that massages for my back issue were available. Overall 5 star treatment, cleanliness, attitudes, friendliness, and atmosphere. I would recommend this Multicare to anyone needing to see a doctor in an urgent care situation.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

The When I called yesterday afternoon there was a 3/4 hour wait. The kind receptionist suggested I make a 9:30 am appointment this morning. I did and it worked out very nicely. A short wait and all went very smoothly!  Yes, I’d recommend this provider based on my experience today.

My granddaughter had been sick since December 19th which was 10 days. Easy schedule online and got right in when we arrived at the office. She couldn’t break the fever and was in extreme pain. She is only 3. The staff was so nice and caring with her, made her comfortable and made sure they had the correct diagnosis by asking questions and examining her thoroughly. She needed up having a sinus infection. They sent prescription right over to her pharmacy and it was ready when we got there. Amazing Care from the team.
