Felt really horrible did not want to go to the ED . Wait time was probably as the ED would have been but after I finally got back and saw the NP after testing positive for flu A it went good. He was very helpful and gave necessary medication. I would recommend that you do all necessary online scheduling and paperwork ahead of time for faster results. Overall yes I would recommend this place.

I ready like Urgent Care. I like better than my PCP.

I’m here visiting my daughter. Had been sick at home but took meds. My meds ran out and having lots of coughing. The staff was outstanding. My wait time was minimal. I was treated and meds called as well. Excellent job ladies🥰 I would definitely recommend this medical facility.

Woke up to my symptoms getting worse than days before.  Scheduled a visit and checked in very early.  I was in and out by my original appointment time.  I was there no more than 30 minutes.  Staff very friendly and helpful.  I have been going to Urgent Team for my care for years.  They have always been great and awesome.

My daughter had been running a fever for a few days. Pediatrician was booked so as always I bring my kids in and they are always nice and attentive.

The np Jeanie Johnson was absolutely fabulous. She acted as if she truly cared and made me feel confordable

New to area, needed to see doctor due to suspected respiratory infection.  Ended up being more severe than thought. Doctor was very informative and took the time to diagnose and explain.  Even gave recommendations for PCP in area.

Scheduling was really easy except for when you fill out your paperwork online it wants you to do an auto signature and it doesn’t say you can type in your name. Checking in wasn’t super fast, but it was sufficient and the staff was really nice. The bedside manner and care. The nurse gave me was good but she didn’t go out of her way to be extra nice.

The wrong prescription was entered. I called to have them change it, but they never did. It really left me hanging.

I can always depend on professional , reliable care.

Today when I decided to go to Ascension Urgent Care, I was feeling weak and had not eaten much due to stomach issues the previous day. I was told there was a 2 hour wait and after downloading the Solv App, it appeared there were 8 people in front of me. 4 hours later I was seen. During that time I checked Solv multiple times and it was inaccurate. At one time there were 3 in front of me (after 3 hours waiting), then it jumped to 5 in front of me 20 minutes later.  That being said, the clinical staff were very caring and supportive. They wording their best and were professional despite the extreme wait times and number of patients. The front desk person was polite and professional although not friendly. I would recommend this provider, only with an appointment scheduled.

This place was great, efficient and professional! Got me in quickly. Staff was friendly and sweet. 😄

Bronchitis is no fun. The doctor was someone that cared and listened to me and explained thoroughly the medicines. The check in was simple and the nurse was friendly.

I fail to understand why I had to register online and why I couldn't pay my copay at the end of appointment. The nurse and doctor were kind and efficient. I still have after covid cough. Why weren't steroids prescribed?

I just went online to schedule my appointment and the time I want .I was out in 15 minutes.Thank you.

I had a serious problem with my back..My Doctor Carolyn Meyer saw the pain I was in and showed real concern for the problem with her skills and provided me with medication that helped. From there she had made sure that I was taken care of thru outside help that was not in her  specialty.. that meant a lot. Special thanks to her.

Was seen for for something simple and was hoping to have labs done since my PCM is over 1.5hrs away.  Not Rae explained that they most likely wouldn’t be paid for so she didn’t do them.  Given the way everything was explained, it made me feel like she truly cared for me.

I was at work and good  I called from work and was told to come in. I could be seen three my Social Security Information the clerk was very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience and I would recommend anyone. I know to go to urgent care when they’re not feeling good thank you so much for your care for me.
