Wait time!!! I always use the Hold My Spot option for appointments however even though I had a 2:00 spot I waited until 3:48 to be called back. Everyone who was on the Walk-in list was seen before I was today. The reason for using Hold My Spot is so that I don’t have to wait almost 2 hours, with a clinic full of sick people, during a pandemic, while a friend graciously babysat my 3 kids…. I feel the quality of care I receive here is always great, which keeps me coming back to this location. Please just honor the “appointment” times better.

Wow - truly blown away by the kindness and politeness of the receptionists/office staff and doctors here. It is Christmas Eve and there is so much sickness going around, we are still in the midst of the Covid pandemic, etc… even with all of that said and these healthcare professionals surely missing their loved ones at home, they had positive attitudes, smiles, and great care-taking. The doctor we saw listened to our concerns and we are so appreciative of her time! Her plan of care was exceptional and gave us the reassurance we needed. I will highly recommend this clinic/urgent care. Even on our way out, the ladies up front were so kind to wish us a Merry Christmas. 🎄 6 out of 5 stars!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟

This is by far my favorite Urgent Care that I've ever visited. It is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the care and bedside manner is phenomenal. I will never go anywhere else. My wait for a Covid test was 3.5 hours, but that's not their fault at all. By the time I realized that I needed to be tested, there were no more appointments and SO MANY people wanted tests. They were doing the best that they could and with a smile...on Christmas Eve!

This is the best Urgent Care facility I have been to. I made 2 appointments online and they saw me within 10 minutes of requested time each time. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Facility was very clean. To minimize the spread of infections they would let you sign in then go back to your car to wait. They would then call your cell to see you. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care facility.

I've been going here for years.when my family or I need it...this visit was ok... Receptionist was the best thing of this whole experience...she is awesome.... NP was ok.. talked to me for about 2 minutes and that was it Nurse must not have a lot of experience with people with anxiety...when I told others a comment she made to me.... everyone responded with a version of....I'm sorry...what did she say? They were shocked... I think may try somewhere else next time I need urgent care which makes me sad...we've been going here for 8 years but didn't feel valued at all after my visit....again except by the Receptionist...

Felt really horrible did not want to go to the ED . Wait time was probably as the ED would have been but after I finally got back and saw the NP after testing positive for flu A it went good. He was very helpful and gave necessary medication. I would recommend that you do all necessary online scheduling and paperwork ahead of time for faster results. Overall yes I would recommend this place.

Got there about 30 minutes before appointment time but did not see NP until 1-1/2 hours after appointment time. Lots of sickness In our area, need more than one NP at times like these.

Woke up to my symptoms getting worse than days before. Scheduled a visit and checked in very early. I was in and out by my original appointment time. I was there no more than 30 minutes. Today when I decided to go to Ascension Urgent Care, I was feeling weak and had not eaten much due to stomach issues the previous day. I was told there was a 2 hour wait and after downloading the Solv App, it appeared there were 8 people in front of me. 4 hours later I was seen. During that time I checked Solv multiple times and it was inaccurate. At one time there were 3 in front of me (after 3 hours waiting), then it jumped to 5 in front of me 20 minutes later. That being said, the clinical staff were very caring and supportive. They wording their best and were professional despite the extreme wait times and number of patients. The front desk person was polite and professional although not friendly. I would recommend this provider, only with an appointment scheduled.
