The only thing I didn’t like when a nurse told me she was going to give a COVID test and flu.I know didn’t have COVID it have do with my chest and throat and face feeling it swelling up. Why do they think you have COVID everytime you sick. I have COVID last year I know I didn’t have it this time . I know my body. Thank you !!!!!

I came because I needed care and did not see that Allegro would be open when I looked at 1st thing this morning but that Urgent care would. I made an appointment for 10 a.m. by the app which I love but was very disappointed in the wait time. I waited in waiting room for over an hour!! I did not leave until after 12:33 although that was the time that was discharged time on the message I received. I went to the restroom before leaving. The hand soap dispenser was off the wall, no soap and the paper towel dispenser was empty with the huge roll of towels on the counter by the faucet so there was little elimination of germs in the bathroom today. The receptionist kept leaving the desk I guess to help in the back because they were so swapped and didn’t seem to have enough staff since the NP was the one that swabbed me for COVID instead of her nurse. No on was at the desk when I left so I guess they had all they needed for a payment to be made 🤷‍♀️

I always have my bloodwork done here and the staff are super friendly, they do a great job every time, and they make it as painless as possible. Two thumbs up for everyone there!

The phlebotomy, Jillian did an excellent job. Unfortunately I'm not an easy person to get blood from. I shared with her my situation & she was so sweet & understanding. She checked both arms and pick the best candidate and preceeded the blood draw... voila, she got it with no problem and no pain to me. It was my first visit there and im definitely coming back there next time. Thank you for the friendly and swift service.

It was incredible! I was so nervous for my 4 year old to have a covid test but his nurse (Janette) was fabulous. She even had a popsicle for him after the test. We will certainly be back!!

Went in for a TB skin test. Staff was very friendly and approachable. Wait time wasn’t long. Cost was reasonable for what I needed.

Waited 3 hrs for a covid test for my daughter

Went in for test and as usual, staff was awesome and Chastity Heath is always kind and thorough

Since I was taking the covud test, I was told to wait in my car and someone will call me. The wait time wasn't too bad, I really the forgot I waiting in my car! I ginally did receive a friendly phone call from the staff. The staff was really friendly and the doctor was professional and of course the staff was too! I made it a little comical because the test took me by surprise a little bit. I think I made the doctor and the nurse day! Lol!

Went for a blood test follow up. Wait time was minimal. The receptionist and nurse were very friendly and professional. Very pleased with visit.

I’ve visited this Clinic many times for myself and for my grandkids. Always friendly service, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Wait times can vary but it’s always worth the wait.

I visit this clinic all the time for my sinus infections but this time the nurse practitioner acted like I was requesting medicine to Cook dealt with when I requested Allegra-D and ask for a refill I asked for a sinus cocktail shot and was told I didn’t need one and if I have to make a second visit to this clinic to get us a cocktail I will be very upset

I came in for a Rapid covid test. Everyone was really nice, especially the lady and the front desk and the lady that took my vitals. Service was quick and the office was very clean.
