I’m glade that I got same day COVID-19 test. I did walk in, then went home wait for text message when it’s my turn.

Came in to get a Covid test since I wasn't feeling 100% and didn't want to get my family sick. It was very busy but I managed to get on the waiting list. I really like that I was able to wait at home and got a text when it was time to be seen. Staff was very friendly and professional.

The check in lady kept telling everyone wait time was 3-4hours when it only took 1 hour to take me in. Seemed like she was in a rush and wanted to close to leave. The nurse that took me out didn’t even tell me my test results til I asked she just said your discharge paperwork should say it.

Super nice and attractive nurse took my vitals etc. Dr came in and was also very well spoken and polite. Best urgent care place I’ve been too

Nice clinic to go get tested for covid. Fast results in about 30 minutes..

I was kinda confused, I was hoping to be able to get some medication for my symptoms. I understand the protocol but my wife just an hour earlier was able to go to a different Urgent care and also tested positive for Covid and they gave her medication. That is my only issue

Very friendly staff, facility was very clean, very surprised to know the COVID test to travel was free of charge, yes I said free no charge, in and out in 30 minutes, thank you.

Made an appointment. Was issued in right on time and treated very friendly. Testing and all results were very profesional and explained thoroughly..Thank You Again for being there for us.

The staff is wonderful. The receptionist is so professional. The doctor is beyond wonderful. My children have extra special ptsd and adhd and the doctor is so patient. I wish he was our pedi doctor! He calmed our kids down with his quiet calm voice. So patient. Yes I would recommend this clinic. 100 percent.

After 2 cancelations from a local pharmacy chain for Covid Rapid Antigen tests, I called yesterday and the night receptionist made appointments for me and my husband early today. She (Brenda) alleviated my anxiety about getting last minute appts for our 2-day cruise window. Arrived and morning staff was very helpful. They took me and my husband in together. We were tested, waited for our NEG results, got a call in 1/2 hour that both were NEG. Fifteen minutes later we drove off with NEG results printed and in hand. I want to praise the two ladies who helped (did not get names) and Roshon who tested us! We are going on a cruise! Hooray. Thank you NextCare!

Care was good. It didn't bother me, but the others waiting didn't seem to appreciate the doors were not opened on time. Myself, I figured ya'll have been worked hard due to the massive rise in COVID cases in the local area, so it didn't bother me. Only other thing I wished was if there was a way to log in to get my test results, I haven't found a link yet. My personal wait time once I came in was not long. Thank ya'll for all your work.

I went in for my second covid test. I made an appt w the app. It was quick, smooth, friendly and the Dr stood there, talked to us, not over us, answered questions and she was just beyond wonderful. We love this place

I needed a rapid Covid test because I was worried that I might have Covid. Everything went smooth Dr. Burress was very friendly it was very gentle had a good bedside manner.

The staff was very helpful and let me wait in my car until it was my turn. The nurse was very quick and professional. She gave an amazing shot. All yhe staff had an amazing bedside manner.I will differently recommend them to anyone needing urgent care. Thank you for all you do yall are amazing. ❤
