Don't bother calling them, they put you on hold till you hang up. When I asked about that they said that was normal and what they do and something about Arizona. Others while I was waiting for hours asked about that phone issue also. Replace the cleaning staff, the floors were disgusting. There was hair everywhere. Big time miscommunication with the testing I needed, wish I could back the 3 hours I wasted there.

This was a really good experience. Did testing without hesitation and kept us informed every step of the way.

Everything went well from the walk in to when the doctor walked into the room. One thing said from doctor was I will ask but I can't make you take a covid test. All was good until doctor asked the administrate covid test and I declined. Then I was asked for a reason which I replied with because I refuse to do one. Doctor gave an attitude and said I am not going to argue with you and walked out. Doctors are to give their medical diagnosis and then a course of treatment and then it is up to patient to which they may accept or decline any treatment for reason at any time. Covid testing is not the first thing that any doctor should seek. So, my overall rating for this 7/10. Total wait time was over 2 hours from walk in to walk out.

It was great! The receptionist was friendly, the doctor was nice and the nurse who did my testing was a DREAM! she kicks butt!

Very pleased with my clinic visit. Wait time was reasonable and each person was knowledgeable and friendly! Always my choice when sick or in need of urgent care.

never got my test results back though for an STD

They were be hind about 90 mins but had to wait because it seemed all urgent care centers were crowded. Staff were excellent, answered all my questions and they seemed concerned for my well being!

Came for covid-19 test .....staff was great...I'm not good at the phone registry but lady at desk helped me...no one likes to wait but all was good....it was a pleasant experience for why I came...the staff was very polite, professional, and FRIENDLY!! My brother and his wife were there earlier in the day is why I came.... Thank you!!

I have been here on 3 separate occasions in the last few years. The staff/doctors are knowledgeable and helpful in treating anything from a sinus infection to identifying a thyroid issue I wasn’t aware of. They always see me before my GP can get me in. I pay cash which ends up being less than if I turned it in on my horrible insurance plan. Highly recommend!

Got 4 meds for sinus infection ,I should of mentioned that zithromax always worked for me.

Took my son in for red, sore throat and swollen glands. Told them I didn’t want a covid test because I didn’t want to waste rest if it wasn’t necessary. I did want them to tear him for other things and the Dr. took it as I didn’t want any tests done! Not happy that he was willing to send us on our way without teatimg and give him a shot of rosephen. I was adamant about testing for mono and he was positive! Not sure why Dr would tell me that they are just a band aid stop not much they can do for us. I also asked for a referral which he was going to give us but being that he was finally tested and positive for mono we didn’t need the referral. Our appointment was for 11:30 am and didn’t see Dr until 12:50 pm. Not happy at all about this visit! He should have been tested the last time we were in on January 4, ***
